Came back to try it again, and it was a lot better. The lady up front took my order and was very nice.
The food came out quickly and was hot. The tacos had plenty of meat. Good job!
I want to start out by stating that my food was hot and it was not bad.
I did struggle some with the kiosk when ordering my food. I personally believe someone should be at the counter greeting and helping customers when ordering food (may be old fashion).
I also had to wait about ten minutes for three soft shell tacos and they were not that busy. They had one to go order several pick up orders in front of me. In all fairness, once one of the associates seen me standing there, she asked what I had and made my order immediately.
Overall not bad and the food was not bad. If not for the items listed above I would have given this review a 4 star.

Only giving one star because there is no option for 0. I dont live in this town amd I did a mobile order and they didnt put any lettuce on anything in my order. I called the manager on duty and she was screaming thst there are signs and the kid at the window is telling people that they have no lettuce. He did not say anything because I would have cancelled. So to tell me that she is listening to him is a lie he didnt tell me. Why would I want tacos with just meet and cheese. You guys habe awful customer service and starts with your management.

I ordered a Doritos Locos tacos, And a soft chicken taco, They gave me a hard shell regular taco and then a burrito with beans and beef all over it. They mess my whole order up!! I should’ve known though because they gave me the wrong food two times in a row and says that was another customers And I opened it up and touched it in everything and they still gave it to the customer behind me, awful and disgusting!!!

The crew at exactly 1:24 am was amazing!! Me and my fiance placed a mobile order and were greeted very kindly, spoken to with manner, they said “you’re welcome” (served us with a smile etc.) Ky was amazing and we left with a smile on our face due to how he served us!! Everyone follow Kys example!! Not coming after everyone but serve wise he was amazing, I haven’t gotten service like that from anyone in a while! Ky if you’re seeing this I hope you have an amazing day and get everything you want in life!!

The woman running the drive through this evening on New Year’s Eve did and always does an outstanding job. She definitely needs a raise. As a Door Dasher, I was waiting on 3 orders and I was out of there within 20 minutes. That is literally unheard of anywhere else in this entire town. Furthermore, I came back for food later, and I was in and out within 15 minutes, while there was nearly 20 cars in line. For Gods sake, give her a raise.
With all that being said, the kitchen staff also did amazing! Without them keeping up, she would be struggling, and without her keeping up, they would be struggling. This entire establishment literally kept Anderson fed this evening.

The customer service was terrible. They are extremely rude, and this is something that seems to be common amongst this store, per the reviews. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t checked into it. I’ve worked fast food jobs before, so I understand frustration or tiredness, but their attitude is just unacceptable and definitely needs to be checked. Food was great, service was not.

Establishment is clean, recently mopped floors, tables and chairs wiped down and ready for the lunch rush.
Staff friendly, polite and courteous- had two managers working
Order was customized- no sour cream- was accurate
Music – not too loud- was able to have a conversation at the table without raised voices.
Bathrooms – both men’s and women’s are older, but clean!
The nonslip coating on the floors is ideal and logical – however, even after being mopped the nonslip grip may cause one to think the floor is tacky from dirt when in fact it is clean.
The fountain drink area was clean upon arrival; however, after watching three customers splash liquid and ice all over, staff had to clean it.

They absolutely refuse to wait on people in the dining room I see 5 people and everyone is worried about the drive thru and not even touching door dash or uber eats order

Everytime i order something i always get the rudest customer service experience. I love the food so of course im going to continue to order from there but the employees should definitely have a meeting and training in customer service or just being a simple human being. All the rudeness and no manners is quite honestly disrespectful.
