I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order ahead of time expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but instead I was told to park in front of the store and wait. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, I finally recieved my food only to be told that my order had been ready the whole time.
The service was also pretty rude when I asked about it, which made the situation even more disappointing. If the order was ready, there was no reason for me to be waiting that long without any communication. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, not waste it. Hoping the management can improve the communication and customer service here.

We have been coming to this Taco Bell location for quite some time now. Most recently, we were out running errands and decided to place an order through the app to pick up at the drive-through. I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt, a large nachos fries, and a 2-piece crispy chicken strips. I also ordered a large Baja Blast zero because it is one of the best drinks that Taco Bell offers. We went through the drive-through and only had to wait a few minutes for our food. I pulled off to park in a space real quick, and noticed that they did not include the nacho cheese sauce for the nacho fries. I went inside and was able to get some pretty quickly. The 3 cheese chicken flatbread was very good! The nacho fries were great, too. The crispy chicken strips were decent and I had the spicy ranch with it, which was definitely spicy! Overall, we had a decent time here, and are grateful for the people who made our food throughout these years that we have been coming.

I have been going to this taco bell for 7 years. Today, I walked in like any other time, went to the kiosk to order. Got a Gordita combo. It comes with a Gordita,and 2 tacos and a large drink. Paid and sat down waiting for them to call my name. Everything was normal.
Then they called my name. I went up to the pick up and there was my tray. No Cup! No one in sight. They were around the far corner prepping other orders. I said, “excuse me” 2 times. I guess they couldn’t hear me. I noticed there were stacks of cups behind the counter, and I didnt want my food to get cold so I took one step behind the end of the counter and grabbed my cup.
The guy at the drive thru window said, “Please don’t come behind the counter” before I could respond. He said it again. I held up my cup saying I didnt get a cup. No response to what I said. He then said it again, only really loud. Then the manager came over and asked is there a problem. I said yes. The guy at the drive thru started scream at me because I grabbed a cup, that I paid for. I said all the other employees disappeared behind the prep area. There was nobody to ask.
I thought his unreasonable screaming was to a huge unnecessary exteme. I’m 66 years old and he is probably young enough to be my Grandchild. I told the manager that the screamer was extremely excessive and that I will never come back to this taco bell as long as I live. 7 years of coming here has now ended because of this punk screaming at me. He does not belong here. Never had a problem here until now.
I honestly think they need to change their procedures. For one, They need to have the food makers make sure the person has their drink cup before they plop the tray down and walk away. Goodbye forever Taco Bell on Glenforest in Myrtle Beach/ Carolina Forest.

Tables dirty, mold in ice chutes, portions incredibly small compared to locations where I live, shirts untucked. Ordered supreme and thought no sour cream but there was in fact a minuscule amount hidden under the other small portions. Don’t know how you did that. Of course I need a cup bc you make me order on a kiosk. Why are you surprised that I don’t have a cup?

We knew we shouldn’t have done it. Soggy burritos, a crunch wrap that had no tostada shell just the fillings wrapped in a tortilla, and even though we added sauce to the order not one packet of sauce, not one napkin, just a whole lot of soggy soft terrible food. This taco bell does this every time we decide to try again about twice a year and we are consistently let down. No one cares about your food anymore, presentation, taste, nothing. 30 bucks on doordash for a bunch of slop.

Davon is awesome!!! What started out to be a bad experience he stepped in a resolved in seconds. My Mobile order wasn’t able to be found due to name being listed wrong the original clerk was rude and not helpful just rushing me out of drive thru. But this young man really stepped up and saved this review.

A few months back I went to this Taco Bell and ordered food. There was no chicken in the burritos and the taco barely had any meat. My husband said to give it another try and not to let one visit ruin future visits. Tonight he ordered food through the app. This is what they serve to customers as a chicken quesadilla. Clearly this isn’t a one time thing for this location. We will not be going back to this location

Food was lacking and the attendants were awful. I went to drive through, place my order and it went silent for about 5 min, kept saying hello and nobody answered, so I decided to drive up to the windows, as soon as we moved they spoke to the car behind us. I drove up to the window and told them after I placed the order it went silent and instead of putting in the order they told me I needed to drive around and go through the drive through again….after waiting in line for almost 15 min I didn’t want to go back around, customer service was non-existent. Someone offered to go in and purchased the food for me and with all that I experienced, food was not worth the wait, worst location I’ve been to
