It would be nice if they would prepare the enchirito packaging properly. Ordered twice in the past 3 weeks and both time the sauce leaked out destroying the bottom of the bag. And bag was laid flat in my car.

Bought 12 tacos and two quesadillas and it cost me over $35, and the tacos don’t have very much meat, and they weren’t wrapped in paper very well so when I got home a couple of the tacos lost all the ingredients (lettuce and cheese)! The service was good though, I don’t have a problem with that!

The Mexican Pizza was soooo good! I could’ve eaten 2 more! Not your typical pizza-Mexican Pizza shells, refried beans, tomatoes, 3 cheese blend, beef. Sorry, took picture of half-eaten pizza. When I discovered how good it was, had to share!

Officially done with taco bell in Florence and Darlington, SC. I had already learned not to go to drive thru if you want a correct order (3x paying extra and not receiving correct order). So today I went inside. Apparently the employees are not smart enough to work a cash register so you have to order yourself using the nasty public kiosk. You cannot use cash. Big Downer. The machine does not list all the options, so you have to clarify what you actually want with an employee who does not care about customer service. I requested a survey on the kiosk but did not receive it. I paid extra to add tomatoes to my taco and did not receive them. If I have to order myself and make it myself I might as well just stay home. Just done. I hope the same folks own all the Taco bells in this area, cause you need to know your customer service sucks. It would help if your employees actually cared to do a good job or cared to get orders correct. I love taco bell but will not return to a Florence or Darlington store because.. well they don’t care anyway.

If I could give zero I would. This place is awful. Made an online order pulled up to pick up the order at the window and no one came to the speaker. Mind you we were the only car in the line and two cars in the parking lot. The place was empty and now I know why. Beeped the horn and someone comes over the speaker with an attitude saying they would be with us and never came back. We lifted and called it a lose seeing how the order was already paid for online. Do better Taco Bell.

I will never go to this taco bell again. They didn’t give me all my grandson’s food and when they did, it wasn’t made right. He don’t eat lettuce and tomatoes and they put it on there when I told them not to and they gave my granddaughter some kind of spicy ranch instead of regular ranch, like she asked for. So no, not a good place.
