Me and my girlfriend came to spend around 35-47$ there today The manager Andrea firstly was rude being rude to customers whole time we were there waiting on our food also forgot to put my girlfriends chips in the bag even though it came with the order as we get home to open our food we were not able to eat four tacos because she wrote with ink on the taco wrap and the tacos were then covered in Ink so of course we did not eat them I tried to call to see if something could be done because again we soent 30+ dollars there and she was very rude over the phone Andrea should not work there if she do not like her Job I tried to be nice but her tone of voice was no appreciated I asked to speak to her boss she was said I could not continues to hangup on me I then tried to call back pretty sure she declined I called a third time to ask again to speak to her boss she then said she was not there in a very rude tone I would like something to be done to where we can get our money back or something else so that we can get the food we did not get to eat we will not be returning to that store as long as that manager is there the unprofessionalism was very crazy I am a chef have been cooking for 9+ years I would never allow my managers or employees to talk to customers as she did and because she wanted me to call me a liar which was also rude considering I want what WE PAID FOR I am posting a picture of one of the tacos that had ink on them. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as well.

I ordered a chicken burrito among other items for a family of 3 paid extra for it and when I got home and started eating it I seen that there was barely any chicken. It was as if they scrapped the pan to make sure it had a hint of chicken. I was there the night before and spent over 70 for a family of 8 and ordered the same thing and was made fine. I tried to give feedback on my app but did not submit so now have to go on here to see if I hear back. I wouldn’t have mind waiting even longer seeing as how long I waited to make sure I got what I paid for. I get it was busy but communication is key. If they would have said sorry for the wait, you mind waiting longer or even a thank you or hello. I ordred on the kiosk so I wouldn’t bother during the rush but no one acknowledges they just call out names and walk away. I know this field of work gets overwhelming at times but it isn’t an excuse to not say anything or even thank the customers for spending the money that runs the business as well pay for checks. I went there the other day with my girlfriend and there were 2 cars ahead of me in line. We were there for about 30 minutes before we had even got to the window just for a lady to rudely tell me to pull around front. We then waited there for about another 10 minutes before I had enough and went inside. I saw the same worker holding a bag and I asked if that was my quesadillas and fries. She doesn’t say a single word to me, looks at the receipt and nudges the food to me. Still doesn’t say a word as I walk out. And to top it all off, this totally amazing experience caused my girlfriend to be late to work. Overall, awful employees and terrible experience.

Order food from the taco bell app, when I received my food, half the food was missing so I called up the location I ordered from and the manager proceeds to tell me she has documented my order in a group chat with other managers and I could pick up my missing food in person. After walking 2 hours to taco bell because I don’t have any transportation, I get there and explain to the current manager what took place a couple days earlier. The manager gets disgusted with me that she has to check group chat and then proceeds to be nasty that there was never anything documented about my order. She said it’s a 3rd party problem not taco bells. And dismissed me. It was pretty frustrating. Does anybody know that taco bell beef is only 35% meat and the rest of it is filler. Real facts. Hopefully yall can have a better experience than me, but this 1 experience with taco bell, has left me with a sour taste. And I will never do business with this establishment ever again.

Went for the first time to this Taco Bell and got a few items. The total came up to 28$ I handed her 40$ and she said do you have another dollar and ofc handed it to her without question she handed me my food and I left then realised I had left without receiving my money back so I turned around and spoke to the manager and they found my order and refused to give my money back claiming the girl was on break and she didn’t want to go through the register the service was horrible and lazy the food I received was decent except for my meat in my burrito being col and the atmosphere was okay

Ordered food through there app, and when I received my order half the meal wasn’t there. So I called management and they said they would comp my missing items, and when I had the chance to go in person the items would be available. So a couple days later I walk for 1.5 hours there 1 way just to be told there not responsible for the missing food. The woman I talked too was very rude talking to me, as I treated her with the utmost respect. I will not do business with this taco bell location ever again. I always show love and respect to the restaurants that make food for me, but to be treated the way I did. Was a major red flag for bad business.

My whole family loves Taco Bell. We have never been & it not be pretty good if not great! The box deals are the best. That’s what I get every time. They are always quick, hot, fresh, good customer service. Always the sauce packets filled up. Even though you can take it Togo, it’s best to sit & eat it while it’s very hot! I’ll be back like always. I highly recommend on everyone going.

Lousy food lousy people and management. I order a party pack and only get 6/12 tacos and to top that off each taco has about a table spoon of meet and packed full of lettuce. Absolutely just ridiculous. And they want me to bring back all the tacos like they can do something with them just to get a reorder on my food 20$ for 6 tacos absolutely insane. Will not be returning to this piece of a company. Complete rip off!!!
