I went in side to order and it took them 20+ minutes to get my order done as well as others who were there for pick up. I only ordered 2 burritos and fries. How long does it take to make those. I work in fast food myself, its not hard. I even tried to wave them down to get a refund.

This location has really declined. I usually come several times a month. The lunch wait is often 30-45 minutes. I have started mobile ordering to curb that, but even then, just finding an employee to give me my mobile order can take 10 minutes. I don’t think my order was correct a single time, I always have to check it myself and then tell them which item is missing. The employees couldn’t care less about anything or helping you.
Overall the experience feels very poor but the food prices are higher than other lunch places in the area which just makes it not feel worth it.

I’m truly perplexed at how this place is still operating. It will go down as the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. The word fast and food shouldn’t not be allowed to be used in relation to this Taco Bell. But don’t worry, they will let their employees sit, with the store doors locked, and eat while there’s a line wrapped around the building and countless mobile orders stacked inside. We waited from 12:08-12:48 for our 24 tacos that we ordered ahead. Just. Tacos. Had we not already paid for the entire order online, we would have scrapped the entire thing.

We went through the drive thru and after decided we wanted drinks, so my husband ran inside to grab drinks. They have these kiosks so you can put your order in quickly. The issue runs into the people taking and making the orders. It took an entire 30 minutes for us to get two drinks. It seemed SO chaotic and disorganized. I do not recommend ever going back.

Unacceptable experience. We waited an hour and a half in the drive-thru even though there were only two cars ahead of us when we arrived. We sat at the speaker for 35 minutes with no response. An employee came outside to smoke and said they were short-staffed, but no one bothered to communicate that to customers. When we finally got fed up and pulled around, the other cars were gone and there was only one customer inside. This was a complete waste of time and beyond frustrating! Do better!

I’ve been to several Taco Bells in the Charlotte area and today was the best experience I’ve had at any of them. We ordered in the app and waited a bit in the car but they had our food ready in 5 minutes and it was such good quality – fresh and hot!

Waited over 10 min in the drive through line while cars in front of me had their orders taken. When I got to the box I was told they were only doing App orders and it would be 30min before they do they drive through! Excuse me WHAT?!?! I have wasted too much gas idling in this places lines over the years. I am sick of it. The Cook Out down the street had more cars in line but got me through in less time than I waited at Taco Bell to even get told they would not take my order
