If I could give negative stats I would! 10 people working and you have 1-2 actually doing work while everyone else stands around. 25 mins for an order I never received because I left. Was refused a refund even though my order hadn’t even be started after 15 mins. Also touching money then making food is nasty.. why even wear gloves?! And after 25 mins and not getting one of my orders my 2nd order was messed up..

This Taco Bell was on it’s A-game. Guess they have to be with Buc-ee’s next door. I recommend Buc-ee’s Carolina Reaper hot sauce on anything from the Cantina menu. They should do a crossover! :0

I ordered online , and when I drove up to window, they said no order was received. I ordered again ifo the drive thru cashier, she then told me to pull up in front. I checked my app and seen that the order did go through and it charged me twice. Then they fixed food and said cant give refunds at store. After arriving at work, noticed items in bag was items I didnt order. Just requesting a refund for both orders on their app….no response so far. Disappointed.

There’s no child changing area in either bathroom which is really inconvenient. For a remodeled Taco Bell I would have thought there would be one. There’s plenty of room for one and I’d appreciate if they added one in to accommodate kids. I had to change my daughter on the dirty bathroom floor.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple different times now, each time hoping that the experience will be better than the last but I finally just give up. Just this past visit I ordered two tacos and a burrito via the app for carry out. Upon arrival I find a bag of food with no label indicating whose it was and the “seal” was haphazardly placed on only one side of the bag with the bag wide open. I inquire who it was for and of course it was mine but then had to ask for my cup so I could get my drink that was nowhere to be found. After looking into the wide open bag I find that the bag was not the only thing left wide open – all my food is barely wrapped (one taco wide open to the world) and meat/cheese/lettuce/tomato strewn about in the bag. This is a regular occurrence.
The service here is horrible, the people just don’t care. Couple this with the heightened prices compared to other Taco Bells in the surrounding areas and this place is just best avoided. I’ll give it two stars because at least the food didn’t get me sick.

This is not a taco bell. This is a hospital. There’s a good firehouse Subs in the hospital but there is no taco bell here. Like at all. Seriously don’t waste your time like I did.

Came at 10 pm and the food was nice and hot but cashier refused to sell us soft drinks and said we could order tea. Even though we could clearly see that the soft drink machine looked like it was in well working condition. It was obvious they had already cleaned it and just wanted to keep and leave tonight on time. Very disappointed. Just close early if your going to deny your customers the ability to order off your menu.

I ordered 3 soft tacos supreme. I added extra meat. I have to say that these tacos were way better than many overpriced sit down Mexican Restaurants. Many times restaurants who charge 2 or 3 times the price of fast food just can’t make their offerings as good as fast food . I loved my tacos.

I just left here and want to give a shout out to the leader and her team for performing as well as they could under uncontrollable and uncomfortable circumstances. They were picking up the overflow from Bucees not having and water. As you can imagine, this is a very challenging situation. They were working diligently together as a team to accommodate their guests in a timely manner. I hope the company recognizes them and acknowledges their efforts. Way to go!!!
