My grill cheese burrito had no meat in it…just cheese and rice…I went back through drive thru and the lady told me we put meat in it..may not have been the amount you wanted but it’s in there…lady don’t play with me….I know what meat looks like. I order the same thing every single time…

I can literally count the tiny chunks of ground beef in this Grande Nacho box (43). It’s just chips with a a plastic spoon portion of ground beef. Looks nothing like the display board (picture included for reference), and I wasn’t expecting it to look like that but come on what is this.

Worst experience with Taco Bell EVER! Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes w/o lettuce. Got three that fell apart and had meat (you pay extra to have ANY meat) and shredded cheese or some kind of gold stuff. Nothing else on them. One soft shell taco and 3 taco supremes. You couldn’t tell the difference between the supreme and regular soft shell taco. One pack of Cinnabon Delights. You get two for $2.19. Nothing delightful about those dry rocks. Total: $32.38 I will be writing a letter to Taco Bell Corp. concerning this location in North Mount Pleasant, SC. and will never eat at TB again.

This is a shout-out to the girl working the drive-thru today (2/22/26 at 3:40 PM) — a masterclass in how not to do customer service. The attitude? Giving strong “cranky 6-year-old who missed nap time” energy.
And let’s talk about the confidence in arguing basic facts. If the sign at Taco Bell clearly states when happy hour begins — including on weekends — maybe, just maybe, telling customers they’re wrong isn’t the bold strategy you think it is.
Customer service tip of the day: when the sign is on the customer’s side, doubling down doesn’t make you right… it just makes you loud.

Grilled cheese burrito. Just make sure you ask them to grill it. Gave an extra star because the lady was nice

Went through the drive-through at around 4:30 and there was no wait. The folks at the drive through were very respectful and the food came out fast. It was hot and tasted pretty good, for Taco Bell standards.

Literally every time we go here (mostly drive thru) we end up with 1 or more missing items. Every. Single. Time. It’s ridiculous. What is the point of putting stickers with # of items on the bag if employees can’t even put the items in the bag?

Ordered online for pickup. Got there and ‘lobby closed’ was on door. 7pm on a Saturday. Made me go to drive-thru. 30 min wait. Unreal

I know, you are thinking “it is just Taco Bell”. to the 4 people working the night of 8/29/25, whatever they are paying you it isn’t enough. These folks were hustling! And when the manager was ready to hand me our order (it was a large order) one of the ladies stopped her because there was one thing missing. THAT is customer service. Great job folks!! BTW – our kids call this location “the good Taco Bell”

Today I went too my Local Taco Bell. To be greeted by SIX of the worst most disrespectful Taco Bell employees I’ve ever encountered. They were yelling through the intercom at the drive through. I got my food about 90% of my food was soggy and crushed. Perhaps they had spit in it. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. And there are 6 people working at 10am. And my food can’t even come out right! Unbelievable
