This Chen’s is sooo much better than the other 2 I’ve been too. They actually have paper wrap chicken, good flavors on all their food we had. Loved the hot tea! Good, fast, clean service. Two different staff members we polite and not bothered answering our questions. Will definitely be back. This location was near Florence

Wife and I have been going here for six plus years and normally food is okay. We always get egg rolls and crab rangoons and lately the coconut chicken but that’s not what it is called. The last three times we have ordered instead of egg rolls they have given us spring rolls. Their spring rolls are not good and they end up in the garbage, because who wants to go back for two egg rolls. This time not only did we get spring rolls instead of egg rolls again, the coconut chicken was way over cooked to almost burnt! So I think it’s time to drive to Coolidge from now on unfortunately, at least we know we are getting the right food when we go there and it’s cooked properly. Sad, because we always liked Chen’s even though it does get some bad reviews. Only wish Lotus Garden would open down here, we miss that place from up in AJ or Mesa, they were both really good, and portions were gigantic!

The food is like you bought it in the freezer section of Safeway microwaved it and ate it. It just cost way more. The soups are disgusting and oily. The service is Terrible & Extremely rule. Wouldn’t go back I’d just head to Safeway and save money.

Always delicious. We usually do take out, BUT the couple times we’ve had time to eat in it was always wonderful. Steller service, food great, attentive server. Everything is clean, I never worry eating here. Love their pot stickers and sauce too. Super yum

Everything was SO GOOD!! we got potstickers, lettuce wraps, soup, sesame chicken and general Tao’s chicken. This place is clearly a hidden gem if you’re asking me! 10/10!

We went in today for a late lunch and expected a great meal based on the reviews here. We were both sadly disappointed. The Tsing To beer was skunky and warm. The Asian Chicken Glaze was made up of very small overcooked dried out chicken that was clumped together to make the chicken pieces look bigger and they were swimming in the glaze. The fried rice is like no other fried rice I have had, .but I doubt it ever saw any frying. Someone else had to bring us our food because the server walked outside and didn’t come back for 10 minutes.
