we have tried all of the Chinese places between Santan Valley, Queen Creek and Florence and this happens to be our absolute favorite. The staff is super friendly and amazing. And the food actually has flavor and turns out amazing. Would definitely recommend taking the family here if you’re looking for some good Chinese food.

Stopped in for dinner on a whim and was impressed with the variety on the menu as well as the dinner we ate. Service was good as well as prices. I recommend Chen’s for the food as well as the larger than most variety on the menu.

I expect service with a smile, and this place falls short. I’ve seen reviews asking customers not to be rude because the staff is hardworking, but in my experience, they are responding to how they are treated. This is their career choice, and hard work doesn’t excuse the lack of professional rapport. When picking up carryout, I’m greeted with a curt “thirteen dollars” instead of a welcome. The food is solid—4 stars—but the unwelcoming atmosphere and service both earn 3 stars. I keep returning because options are limited in this new community, but I’d welcome competition. A professional greeting and a smile would go a long way.

We came here and it was before the rush. We got excellent service and the lady that waited on us was super friendly! Our kids loved the lunch specials that came with a cream cheese Rangoon and a side of rice with the entree and I believe a drink for such a great price! We loved the sweet and sour and the teriyaki chicken was the family favorite! Definitely get some egg drop soup too! 🙂 Definitely gonna be a family favorite spot and we can’t wait to go back!

Always delicious. We usually do take out, BUT the couple times we’ve had time to eat in it was always wonderful. Steller service, food great, attentive server. Everything is clean, I never worry eating here. Love their pot stickers and sauce too. Super yum

We went in today for a late lunch and expected a great meal based on the reviews here. We were both sadly disappointed. The Tsing To beer was skunky and warm. The Asian Chicken Glaze was made up of very small overcooked dried out chicken that was clumped together to make the chicken pieces look bigger and they were swimming in the glaze. The fried rice is like no other fried rice I have had, .but I doubt it ever saw any frying. Someone else had to bring us our food because the server walked outside and didn’t come back for 10 minutes.
