Worst employees ever. They sit around on the clock to collect a paycheck but won’t give you any food. I’ve been here several times and “the manager” Astrid, always says that they are closed no matter what time of day I try and order. First she lies saying she just got there and then when you call her out on it, she makes up another lie. I try and go here before and after I head to the dog park each morning between 9am to 1pm and she always says they are closed or only doing online orders only. She won’t give her name, I had to go to another location to get it. Just avoid this location.

The chicken inside the taco was so burnt, old and hard I couldn’t eat it. The potatoes inside the cheesy bowl was the same way. You saw that when you made it but you still took my money and sold me burnt food.

They were short staffed today. They were quick polite and helpful. Most importantly they made the food right. I don’t know if it’s corporate changes or what but they made my burrito the way I remember having it as a kid. It wasn’t big but it wasn’t the way I get it 80% of the time where it has almost no ingredients at all. We’re talking maybe $00.05 worth of ingredients. Whatever reason they no longer do it at most places. Thanks, I’ll be back.

Ordered on the app and picked up around 12:30am. My food was ready as soon as I got there and this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Really the food was perfect and I can tell it was made with love. Thank you guys so much. Again, best Taco bell I’ve ever had you guys crushed it.

Don’t EVER order from this location again. I made a pick up order for 1130pm. My daughter went to pick it up at 11:15. Expecting to wait. But it had been sitting there since 1030! We asked them to remake it. They refused. Then told my daughter she was more than welcome to grab the food or not. No refund offered or anything.
I am pissed because of how rude and non accommodating they were. Its not my fault the app sends it in early. I specified 1130. Not 1030. Ridiculous

Didn’t even get to try the food. Came to this Taco Bell at 8pm, well before they close, and tried to order food. However an employee claimed they weren’t taking orders because they were “short staffed”. When we continued through the drive through to leave we saw a few employees, definitely enough people to make a taco, sitting and eating next to the window. Shout out to the extremely large black woman who was drinking a Baja blast the size of her face and couldn’t stand up to do her job. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible employees, awful work ethic. Who ever is the manager of this store needs to figure out who was working around 8pm on October 19th and fire them. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

Do not waste your time going to this taco bell!!! First, we waited about 30 minutes for our food, then after the lady was out there giving me my food. She forgets my drink and then proceeds to not bring it to me after I tell her she had forgotten it she was extremely rude from the beginning of me, ordering my food and was making comments like she did not want to be there anytime I would say thank you no words at all just walk away or shut the drive thru window. That by far was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. So sad!!!
