Donovan(or atleast that was the name on the name tag) was extremely helpful and a great young man. As I get up there in age my eyesight isn’t the best, and Donovan was extremely helpful with helping me order. He honestly seemed happy to be there and to be talking to me which is something I don’t normally see out of a younger man nowadays. I look forward to coming back and hope every time is as good of a customer service experience as this time was. Thank you Donovan for setting the bar high and making my night great.

I ordered two sandwiches one of them was a meal. First I was upcharged on a drink without being asked or stating that I wanted a bigger drink. Two I watched them take my food to another car that was pulled up handed them the bag when they realized it wasn’t there food I watched them take the bag back & hand it to me !! I said I didn’t want the bag because I just saw it go into another car. They proceeded to say it wasn’t like I didn’t see. Long story short I didn’t eat the food was a waste of $10.18

Usually this McDonalds has good service but lately has been slow. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through line for a McFlurry at the 3rd window, left and never got it. Drive around to the lobby and got a halfway melted one…lots of staff standing around.

We stopped by on our way back from Kansas City. It was our half way point. The Dining room was dirty I had to clean the table myself. The food came out hot. The service was average. We usually stop here because of where it is located.

I ordered McDonald’s for my family thinking it would be quick and painless. My mistake. There was a kid working there named Donovan (saw on the name tag) with an attitude bigger than the menu board. Snappy, disrespectful, rolling his eyes like I personally ruined his day by ordering food. Then we get the bags and surprise, half the order was wrong. Missing items, extra stuff we didn’t ask for, just a mess. Customer service was already in the gutter, but what really set me off was watching him lean over my food and spit in it like it was some kind of joke. I’ve worked long enough and raised kids long enough to know bad attitude when I see it, and that was beyond unacceptable. I came for burgers and fries, not disrespect and contamination.

I’ve got a mcdonalds by my home in Columbia but I choose to go to the one in Ashland on my way to work instead. It’s the best mcdonalds in the area compared to the ones in Jefferson City and Columbia. When i stop by around 2PM-3PM the food is always hot and fresh and the service is always quick and friendly.

Most inconsistent, overpriced breakfast ever. Got 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels. Each with 2 “pieces” of bacon, not even a whole slice of bacon between the 2 sandwiches, and dried out cheese on stale bagels for $12. Quality going down as prices go up.
