Just got home from the drive thru with my order and I should know better to look at my order while I’m still at the restaurant but I was in a hurry. Opened it and was wondering where all the chips went, chip bag wasn’t even half full and no chips in the carry out bag. Crazy they charge so much for 8 chips and half a container of cheese. Also asked for 3 hot & 3 medium sauces and I got 5 hot. The tacos were fine and service was quick and friendly.

Employees intentionally moving cars as not to ruin their drive thru time while doing who knows what in the back.
I ordered thru the app. I went to the drive thru, there was one car in front of me waiting to place their order. They were ignored for several mins before they could finally place their order. When I get up to the window and they tell me to pull forward for my mobile order. The first car sits at the window for several mins before they tell her to park, when i pull up the employee directed me to backup until the timer stopped running. Several cars came thru the drive thru just to leave because nothing moved for 20 mins. After waiting for even longer i finally pulled back up to the window, they ignored me for another 10 mins before i got all of my food that was now cold and extremely soggy. I waited 45 mins for cold food. I would have left way earlier like everyone else had i not already paid online. I would like a refund for this absolutely ridiculous service.

I’m not going to say anything other than does this look like a crunchwrap? And no there wasn’t a single other customer to mix it up with. There’s the receipt beside it so everyone knows what a crunchwrap looks like now. Almost like a chicken quesadilla weirdly. It’s screwed up too because I don’t eat taco bells chicken. So now I have a single hardshell taco for dinner. Thanks don’t know what the point of 20 screens in a kitchen with the order on them is if you can’t follow the screen. I will say however that the ladies at the window are very nice and professional.

Its rare for me to take the time to write a review but this place has earned their 1 star review. I used to stop here after work regularly and the workers have a horrible attitude. The managers included, in fact they’re worse than the other employees. I get it, you hate your job, at least pretend to not hate the customers as well… I’ve stopped going because I’m tired of it. This isn’t a 1 time experience, it was every time I went.

Customer service wasn’t good. They were high fiving and laughing about how they called out the order so quietly that we didn’t hear it last night but didn’t wait till both of us walked out of the door before doing it. We were the only customers in the lobby so it was obvious that the order was our food by the time we got it was cold. I would not go here unless you are starving.

This place is not taken care of. The staff are pretty invisible. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes just to get a bathroom key. Yes, they have a key for the bathroom, because of the shady activity that happens if they don’t. There was blood on the sink! Sad. Couldn’t bring myself to order food.

This visit was much better than the last one. The last visit I had 5 steak quesadillas and after spending almost 30 dollars for that I was so disappointed when I got home to discover the mess of a meal they made the one side was literally burnt as you can see in the photos and the other side wasn’t touched. This time it was done perfect very happy with this visit but flip a coin before going you really don’t know what your getting each time!
