So, nowhere on the app does it say to stop at the speaker for a drive thru pickup order. I can’t check in online because that’s not working. I pull to the window and this rude girl says they haven’t even started my order bc they don’t start them until you get there. Well I guess you did it wrong the last time I ordered because I got notified it was ready before I pulled in. Anyway, she has me pull all the way back around the building, saying they had to fix the food for the customers in line behind me first. Smh…this is the kind of crap that will make this Taco Bell turn out like the last 2 we had in this town.

This will be the last time we go here every time we go we are missing something the tacos are greasy and this last time all 3 of our luxe boxes were wrong and missing tacos and a burrito. when I went back to get it fixed they gave them back and everything was cold and soggy so we gave them to our dogs so we didn’t get sick. I don’t see this staying long either.

Food was made correctly how we ordered. But the service there was absolutely horrible. Playing around in the back while customers are waiting for 20 minutes up front was a bit longer than expected when they weren’t busy Highly unsatisfied.

Waited at drive thru box for a few minutes, said hello a few times and nothing. I pulled up. The staff is helping the car in front me laughing and joking. All of a sudden the staff yell out the window to me they are not taking anymore drive through. I asked if I could come in and she said no, they have to much to do. This is at 7:49pm on a Friday night. Don’t waste your time. If the service is this unprofessional I can only imagine how bad the food is.

Went today to the new Taco Bell in Union. It was crazy how busy they were. Over all it was a great experience even though I waited over an hour for my order. Food was hot. I was missing a 5 layer burrito but it’s ok. The staff was pleasant and working so very hard. The taste of the food was amazing! Once everything calms down this is going to be one amazing store! I can not wait to go back! Keep up the hard work yall! Please remember if you go in the next few days especially after school gets out that these are kids working. Most of them this is their first jobs. Give them some grace.

By Far, the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered tacos and several tacos were empty shells. After digging through my bag I found my taco meat in the bottom of the bag. Apparently they have someone new wrapping the tacos or maybe thats just how they do things there. My first and last visit! Good riddance!!
