It should be against the law to steal from customers. Literally spent 20 dollars and got absolutely nothing for my money. The order was correct and the items was 100% wrong. It is crazy how this can still happy time after time with places.

Kids love Taco Bell. Especially their dinner box / lunch box combos …. We generally order it online since it is a little cheaper . We were driving to VA and found this Taco Bell on the way . We used their app and ordered it online . The Taco Bell was 20-25 mins away and we ordered it . Lots of tables inside to sit and dine .
When we reached , the food was ready and the kids got it and had a good meal. We went for dinner . Burrito was a bit dry but it was good. Potato fiesta and fries were really good . Drink was good too. Service looked good . We had a good experience overall..

In addition, the food was cold. I would encourage everyone to stop spending their money here. Should you just want to spend your money here, I would encourage you to check your bags as well as encourage the employees to do their job.
I would go even further to say that perhaps corporate needs to A higher more competent employees, and pay their employees more to do their jobs because apparently the employees that they have are unable to follow instructions. This is a problem when working in an establishment where the employees are unable or incapable of following, not just simple, but very very, very, very, very, very simple instructions.

Today we had great customer service at the drive through. The woman who took our order answered questions and was helpful with the menu. At the window she handed our food promptly with gloves on, and told us to have a good day with a smile. She was awesome and it doesn’t go unnoticed! We got the grilled cheese burrito, beef chalupa’s (no tomato), nacho supreme verda fries, tacos and watermelon lemonade slush. The drink was good and flavorful.

I thought the food tasted weird last night, but kept eating since I was starving. Lo and behold, I’m very ill on the toilet early the next morning. I think the food had been sitting out too long and spoiled. This place should probably be inspected to ensure this does not happen to others. Mind you, I’ve never gotten sick from any other Taco Bell. This was an unfortunate first for me.

This is the third time in a row I’ve asked for Diablo sauce and received none with my order. I can see why you fast food workers are paid $14 an hour, cause you can’t follow simple instructions lol. My wife comes here all the time i decided to come with her tonight because she said she was nervous to come back since last time some weird guy was flirting with her. We ordered and everything was fine but he was there again. Not trying to describe him in a mean way, but he has a neckbeard and works the DT at night. I didn’t hear him so I guess he said it quietly enough where I couldn’t but my wife heard him say “come back and see me” leave my poor wife alone. She just wants a taco just hand the tacos out the window. Next time this happens i plan to say something my wife is not going back without me and i will be talking to management, upper management if i have to if this happens again.

Doordashed from here well before closing time and they literally didn’t even cook our food and sent it out to us anyways. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid way too much money for terrible food and wasn’t even accurate. Ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and they both were not just not warm but cold and not grilled at all just plain cold burritos in cold shells no cheese grilled around it. All 4 soft tacos in cold shells, 2 crunchwraps in cold shells not even grilled closed, 2 chicken quesadillas not even slightly warmed but cold cheese and chicken falling out of the tortilla, and the nachos I ordered were made with nothing but crumbs. On top of that we ordered 10 of each sauce packet and didn’t receive a single one. (Sauce pictured was what I had in my fridge)

I’m not sure if it’s a lack of care in the work that you do or what but this is the last time I order something that cost 7.50 and it comes looking like it went through a storm that’s how I got my Mexican pizza, how hard is it to get people the food they ordered and it not look like it does and the meat in the tacos at times has no flavor. People need to be retrained or go find something else your good at doing because this isn’t it.
