I came inside to modify my bowl and ask about an item, and the young lady who assisted me was incredibly polite. She informed me that the item was no longer available and apologized sincerely, all while maintaining a warm smile. This visit took place between 12–1 a.m., and the entire team on shift was well-organized, efficient, and professional. Both of my orders were prepared correctly and in record time. My overall experience was excellent, and I truly hope the entire crew on duty that night is recognized for their outstanding customer service.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years. I was craving a crunchy taco, so decided it would be a quick lunch. Nothing has changed since last time I visited except the price. 2 taco and small ice tea $6.68. The drive through was quick . I made it from browning rd to Taco Bell on Broadriver Rd and back to work in 20 min. Which is good for only having 30 min lunch.

I’ve always had a great experience at this Taco Bell location. Food has always been fresh and prepared correctly. The inside and outside of the store always are kept clean. The staff has always been extremely friendly and professional. Even if you go and have an issue with your order. Just treat people with respect and don’t be rude about the issue, kindness goes a long way. They will resolve the issue and treat you with the same respect you show them.

When asked for help with the kiosk, the large unfriendly black lady seemed highly Irritated and reluctantly offered help by Slamming, my selections and offering no response to my questions. I can only describe the food as awful. Corn tortilla was flat with no crisp, a burrito was nothing like I asked for and it was only a glob of tasteless mush. The flour tortillas were cold and soggy just like the flour tortillas. I don’t know about any other Taco Bell locations but 145 Harbison Blvd. will never again be visited by me. They probably will not be there anyway because who Send itwants that experience. I expect they will be going out of business soon.

They close at 3 am, they were open, me and my husband were hungry, we were going to pick something up to eat since we stay at a motel right now, well, when we got to drive-thru, one of the workers asked what we wanted to order, we told them and then it went silent. So, we went to the window, they said the were closed, but, there were people inside ordering. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially since it wasn’t closing time…it was about 2 hours before closing time. They have horrible service.

I went to the taco bell on broad river and I am extremely disappointed. I bought 2 chicken quesadillas and I was given what I ask for. I opened up the package to the quesadillas and I noticed gret spots. I then realized those spots are mold. Normally I am usually happy about going to taco bell. But yesterday was just disappointing.
