The food was hot and fresh – dined in.
Not the friendliest, most professional staff, but it seems like that’s the norm these days. Definitely a modern vibe, with trendy (uncomfortable) seating. Overall a good experience – will return, but probably using the drive thru next time.
Update: tried again – they got our order wrong and although they corrected it, there was no apology and a total lack of any friendliness whatsoever.

Signs everywhere stating that employees much wash their hands after using the bathroom. I would love to know how these employees are supposed to be washing their hands properly after using the bathroom when there is no soap dispenser or hand sanitizer in the Men’s bathroom. No soap at all. Nothing.
Just a sink and an air dryer.
That’s pretty gross.

I reached out to this location because the restaurant I ordered from did not answer the phone and the receipt only had a store number, I simply wanted to find out if the store location could be provided with the store number, the young man I spoke with was not able to assist and when requesting a manager he disconnected on me twice. I finally was able to speak with a ” manager” , and explained to him and he said he has no idea who I was speaking with and he has no control over other restaurants. Hopefully someone will provide both locations with information and a customer service class because it’s needed.

Lost order, but filled all mobile and delivery orders while we waited 28 minutes and had to go back to counter. Taco shells picture is how we received them.

This genuinely has to be the worst Taco Bell in Sumter. Ordering is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of the employees taking your order, you order on a kiosk, and half the time the employees don’t even know some of what you’ve ordered and you have to repeat your order back to them. Only 1 or 2 employees were actually focused on work while the others were laughing and talking loudly to each other. I ordered two 5-layer beefy burritos and nacho fries, the burrito was about 50% tortilla with barely any nacho cheese and some of the nacho fries were a little cold on the inside. Going to literally any other Taco Bell is better than wasting time here.

Dude at the drive through speaker asked us to wait, then told us to order, then said to wait again. We order and they ask us to wait at mobile pickup. We do and it takes 10 minutes which is fine. The same guy came out and gave us our food, could not really speak a word we didn’t understand what he was saying. Then he forgot our drinks. My boyfriend went in and asked about the drinks and the guy seemed half out of it, seriously. He couldn’t understand what he was saying so my boyfriend just grabbed the drinks himself. I also don’t know why they quit putting combos in their boxes, it’s a total mess in our bag. If you’re gonna work somewhere be attentive and COMMUNICATE. I don’t know if the guy was high or having a bad day.

This definitely must be the worst Taco Bell in Sumter. Our first time in so we of course stand at the counter to place our order. NOBODY says ANYTHING for about 5 minutes!!!! Then an employee walks in who looks like she’s preparing for a birthday party and tells us we must use the kiosk. The other two employees still havnt acknowledged or said anything. The wife proceeds to order on the kiosk. Guess what????? To pay in cash you have to go to the register. All this and the employee who walked in starts preparing the place for a party of some sort. Even as far as to ask people to move from where they are sitting. Here we are 15 minutes in to our visit……. No food still. This is POOR service on every level!

Hubby & I went against our better judgement last night and decided to get Taco Bell. For what we paid, the food was absolutely ridiculous (Over $30). There was maybe a teaspoon of the meet a couple sprinkles of cheese & like 3 pieces of lettuce, per taco. There was maybe 5 chips in his nacho chips side order & the chalupas were dressed as slack as the tacos.

Slack. They don’t put any of the portion they are required to put on the items. Just slack

No matter how many times we ask them to NOT put the Mexican pizza in the bottom of the bag or to put it in it’s own bag they never do. It’s so frustrating. Tonight there weren’t even any toppings.
