Great atmosphere ! Down home cooking! You must try the french toast! Ask for Bonnie, she is an excellent server/host. Food – good! Atmosphere – Quaint! Prices – reasonable. I enjoy this restaurant….never any issues

Im originally from Washington State and it reminded me of resteraunts from my hometown, Kirkland and Seattle. Very sweet staff. Atmosphere was fun and Artsy with a touch of class. Not to expensive for some great food and a most spectacular raspberry cheesecake that melts in your mouth.

This is a very nice place that was classy without being pretentious. The food wasn’t exceptional, but very good, and were of generous portions. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the pricing was about what you’d expect. The odd, almost creepy paintings they have hanging towards the front will give you something to talk about when you’re not people-watching out of the large picture windows. It’s located on the main drag of a very quaint town, so if you’re passing through and want to have a nice quality meal in a restaurant that’s a step up from a diner and not a chain, it’s definitely worth a visit.

I’ve been twice and had great meals both times. The first time I had crab cakes, and tonight I had the salmon with black bean salsa – delicious! I can’t understand why the restaurant is not full. They have a nice atmosphere and background music is just right for conversation. The wait staff has always been pleasant. I will be going back to try a few more things on the menu. The waitress says they are very family-friendly even though it looks like a fancier place. You can easily go in shorts and a t-shirt.

We were a little apprehensive at trying a restaurant that was empty when the other restaurants in town were busy. I’m so glad we stopped in. The food and service were both great. The scallop salad with mango and avocado was delicious . My husband loved his tortellini with steak and gorgonzola sauce. Our server, Kay, was very sweet. We’ll be back.

They have the best Crab cakes I have ever tasted. The music is pleasant and not so loud you can have a conversation. The Staff is great. Have been eating there for the last 14 years. Highly recommend.

We’ve always enjoyed our experience at Rippingtons. Not once in our many visits have we been disappointed. My wife loves their salads, and I find their wraps and burgers excellent. The servers are attentive, friendly and conversational.

Bonnie is such a fantastic server! Ask for her! I call ahead to make certain she is working. The food is absolutely great! The ambiance wonderful. The service can be slow if you don’t get Bonnie. There is a new young male server with a British accent that seems good. If Bonnie is off ask for him.

Took my mother here for mother’s day being new to town and figured I would try a local eatery. It was a good choice. We had the zucchini appetizer that had a zesty sauce which was delicious followed by a great steak and mashed potatoes. The service was above average but not outstanding but overal with the food, I give it 5 stars still.
