I ordered a Nacho cheese DLT no lettuce, add purple cabbage. This the second taco after I sent the 1st back. The cashier (Kimberli S ) in the drive has very nasty attitude when she gets your food wrong and the manager is no help whatsoever. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Taco Bell, and I am beyond furious. The so-called “manager”—a big, rude, unprofessional woman—had the audacity to scream at me with hand gestures, in front of everyone in the restaurant, just because I asked for sauce. Her nasty attitude was completely uncalled for, and honestly, she has no business working in customer service if she can’t handle a simple request without losing her mind.

This isn’t the first time this location has been a complete disappointment. Last time, I paid extra for add-ons to my order—over $5 in additional charges—only to receive a completely incorrect meal. Clearly, reading is a lost skill here because nothing I paid extra for was included. This level of incompetence is exactly why customer service is going downhill.

I’m tired of wasting my money and my patience on places that have no respect for their customers. If your manager wants to act disgusting and unprofessional, maybe she should apply for a job at the White House—she might fit right in. If this is how you treat paying customers, don’t be surprised when your business starts losing them.

Fix your service, fix your staff, and start holding people accountable. Because next time, I won’t just be complaining—I’ll be making sure everyone on social media sees how awful this place really is.
Stay away from here. Don’t waste your money, time, and peace of mind. The food is disgusting, the drinks are as always flat or just down right nasty. There is no such thing as customer service here. —Just miserable people who throw your food around, and serve you old food Quality doesn’t live here.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order through the drive through. Then sat for another 15 waiting on food. Very rude employees. Made smartass remarks because I wanted to order saying ‘ I was trying to finish cleaning” as an excuse to why it took so long.

Hear me out. I went late last night after work to get cinnabons . I asked did they have 12. The young lady told me yes. Instead of her saying to me no we only have six or we only have a certain amount I wouldn’t have gotten it. She had already told me they were out of whatever which is fine. It was close time to closing. When I bit into them, half of them were still cold and two of them were still frozen. You could have just said we only have six that would’ve been OK because of the time of course.
