This is my go-to location when I’m traveling to Panama City for business and staying near the beach. The staff is always friendly, courteous and efficient! The drive-thru moves very quickly and they always greet me with a smile! Great visit.

I liked my experience at this particular Starbucks. Ordered a tall mocha frappe, double blended, whip cream, and chocolate drizzle.

Drink tasted consistent with all previous Starbucks experiences. Smooth, rich, and well balanced. Not too much coffee or chocolate.

Staff was friendly and accommodating to fulfilling my order to the specific request on how I wanted my drink made. Appreciated that.

Interior is open and spacious, but definitely needed some attention to the floor, a few seats and tables, and to no surprise, the prep station.
Also, don’t know if this is acceptable or not, but there were a few flies flying around the register. Bugged me a little bit. Pun intended.

Aside from that, this location offers chill vibes and flavorful wall art.
Definitely worth a repeat.

Caleb the coffee lead must not like his job. I say this because of the drink he made and how he acts in the store. I got a frapp and I get that it’s busy but no reason to get it mostly made of ice. You can see if with out drinking the ice. I wasn’t even able to go back to get a new drink so yes it will be leaving a bad impression for this location.
Maybe I got a bad one but if I pay for a product I would like something close to it, not an ice blend
The girl at the cashier was very nice and welcoming so even if my order wasn’t the best, she was doing her job.

We had breakfast and it was great! They didn’t have the caramel drizzle for my drink there so I found something else to drink. The white chocolate mocha wasn’t very good but my wife liked her ice white mocha. The staff were super friendly and they were very quick about making the drinks.
