Nobody answers the phone so I’ll leave my review here.. really should be ZERO stars. Y’all have to do a regroup on training because the way these products are made and served is ridiculous. Who doesn’t cut a pizza? Who doesn’t spread the meat accordingly? Just slop thrown in a box. And then to come to Google and see I’m not the only customer who received a pizza like that is outrageous. Do better. Have some sort of pride. The shell tasted HORRIBLE. Couldn’t even pick over the slop to eat it.

Ordered a Mexican pizza and look at the pics. Old lumpy meat, sauce not even on the whole top of the pizza and meat on only 1/3 of the pizza. Missing one taco. My Catania chicken had 2 fried chicken fingers?? Should have been grilled. If I didn’t live so far I would have taken mine and my daughters 2 dried meat nasty tacos back.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve ever eat at. The service and food were great. The staff was friendly. Wife and I just expected typical fast food meals but this was a pleasant surprise.

My friends and I just got a lot of food here for a late night snack. With only two people in the restaurant, they managed to whip up the best food I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Fries were crispy and flavorful. Burrito had a good portion of meat. Everything was warm. Thank you for rocking my world Irmo Taco Bell.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I’ve given them so many chances. I just came by at midnight, they’re supposed to close at one, and the drive-through said all they’re doing is GrubHub and DoorDash. I ask why and she said, “because we’re closing“ is there not a manager working? What a joke

The Cashier at the drive through named Briana has horrible customer service. She acted like a complete fool due to a slight misunderstanding at the drive through. The Supervisor on call was not any better. She rushed me, made excuses for her employees bad behavior and didn’t care to listen to my concern.

Absolutely horrible its like there scared ti talk to anyone you can’t get any service they just stand back there and try and hide from you it feels. Took me 20 min to figure out a stupid kiosk why can’t you take my order you can stand there and take drive through why can’t you take my order instead of hollering at me to use the kiosk. Pepsi didn’t work all you could do was tell me i changed it well no you didn’t it doesn’t work or i wouldn’t have asked you. Do you even clean this place its Nasty horrible disgusting will not stop here ever again.

This was the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We waited almost 15 minutes just to place our order, without anyone even acknowledging we were there to that point. They were not busy. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we stopped on a road trip and nothing else was open. Once we finally placed our order, it took almost 25 minutes to get our food. What?! As other people came in, the line grew, and no one was even greeted. Some left. We wished we could have but we had already paid. I cannot believe the service was so incredibly bad.

Sorry employees, they sent my husband home with food that had been sitting all day. It was inedible!!! People don’t care about customer service anymore and they know they can keep giving crappy service and nothing is going to be done.
