Don’t know why this Taco Bell is rated so low. I went through the drive through and the wait was a little long, but not outrageous. And I can believe I’m going to say this, but the ingredients were actually fresh. The lettuce was actually crunchy. No complaints. Just a decent Taco Bell.

Took a very long time to order. No one was running the register they made everyone order on a kiosk and then wait 20 minutes to pay and then wait forever to get the food. I had a second order of just a single taco with only meat and cheese and they didn’t even remember to make it at all. My wife had to ask them for my son’s food 25 mins after ordering it and then it still took a good ten minutes to get it. The only place that’s ever been slower is the burger king next to the neighborhood Walmart in Myrtle Beach SC. They took 45 minutes to make a single cheese burger after I was the next customer in line for pickup.

Made an online order I paid for. The night crew claimed the fryer was down. They denied me everything I asked for. Resulting in me getting less the value than what I paid. Even after that, they still forgot parts of my order. I had to get back in line again just to get back to the window. My food was cold, and the gordita had adhered to the wrapper. They literally gave 6 burnt chips for the side nachos. The strawberry lemonade was out, resulting in a watered-down beverage. They gave vibes that a bunch of playful teens were running the business. They didn’t care about any of it.

I started going to this location just this year and I haven’t had any real issues. My food is always hot. (Taco Bell version of hot though ) I don’t eat Taco Bell like that so this location works for me. Had an issue with my mobile order (first time using) and the young lady was very helpful with completing my order. She was friendly as well.

Was gonna leave 4 stars since it’s just taco bell, but I noticed that they have 2 stars and I feel that they don’t deserve it. The service is pretty average but nothing bad and the food is alright. But I felt that they deserved better than 2 stars so 5 stars they get.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo through the drive-thru service. The employees appeared to be in a hurry and seemed dissatisfied with their job. When I received my order, I noticed that my drink was missing. I had to remind them that I had ordered a drink with the combo. The crunchy taco was crushed and cold, and the chicken quesadilla was also cold with the cheese not completely melted. Furthermore, I believe that maintaining consistent food quality and ensuring all items are included in the orders are important aspects of providing a positive experience. It would be greatly appreciated if you could address these issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

This is by FAR the BEST Taco Bell on the NE side of town. We gave up going to the one off Clemson over close to Farrow because the drive thru line was always so slow and our order was often prepared incorrectly with forgotten items.

Been here 3 times since its opening and have no complaints. Food has been fresh and actually has a DECENT AMOUNT of meat, and cheese cups have been full (this is a big deal for me, as they’re 90¢ each and other locations give me half cups of cheese). I hope this keeps up because this is my favorite Taco Bell so far!
