Exceptional service during the pre-Christmas rush!
I stopped by this Taco Bell in Murphy, NC on a Saturday during the lunch rush just before Christmas, and I was thoroughly impressed with how well the team handled the crowds. Despite the holiday shopping madness and what had to be an incredibly busy shift, the staff remained efficient, friendly, and professional.
I ordered a steak bowl and it was absolutely fantastic! The bowl was generously portioned with perfectly seasoned steak, fresh lettuce, plenty of shredded cheese, sour cream, and flavorful pico de gallo. Everything was neatly arranged and fresh – you can tell they take pride in their food even during the busiest times. The steak was tender and well-cooked, and all the toppings were proportioned just right.
What really stands out is how smoothly they managed the high volume of customers. The line moved quickly, orders were accurate, and the food quality didn’t suffer despite the rush. That’s the mark of a well-run restaurant with a great team.
The location is modern and clean with convenient mobile ordering options. I really appreciate how this crew keeps their standards high even when things get hectic. They’re clearly well-trained and work together seamlessly.

So I tried calling yall several times i understand you’re busy at times but I called and called and no answer. Im making it aware that the Mexican pizza you g gave me was very stale, expired and had a weird taste and that’s possible food poisoning and I was trying to make yall aware to check the tortillas so u can throw them out because if a parent like me were to order that for thier children and they got sick that would be a big liability but you’re not answering your phones so that you can be aware of this.
Edit: down to 1 star now, after the phone call they never offered to remake, not only that she justified by saying they get friend everyday. That dosent dismiss that the tortillas they friend were old and expired.

As a nightshift worker at another fast food restaurant after getting off work this is my go-to. The only other options are McDonald’s or Wendy’s if I’m looking to not have to cook. Sometimes they are fast and get my food to me at the window in a decent time. But recently they have been asking me to pull around, I always order ahead to try and make it easier on all of us ( ik that’s not always the case). But the amount of time I’ve sat in the parking lot watching the drive through cashier just stand there while nobody is in line doing nothing while I set waiting for my small 1 person order is insane. It’s either they get it to you easily and get my order totally wrong or they make you wait sometimes 10 minutes. And the morning-shift has a very unsavory Dt cashier lady as well.

If you’re in a hurry, either use the drive through or use mobile order. The drivethrough is pretty fast but if you order inside the store it takes forever. This is my 3rd time over the last few years of my in store order taking forever

Best taco bell I have ever eaten at other than having crazy high prices and no one to take your order. The food was great and larger than other Taco Bells. Great job other than the no one there to serve you. Was very filling compared to the ones around here that seem to see how little meat and cheese they can put on. There was one really loud group with kids and they appeared to me that their family tree didn’t branch. Loud young grandparents, loud young parents, and very loud small kids, to the point I thought about approaching them myself, but I wasn’t sure they would understand E. TN English.

My Beef Supreme Chalupa looked like someone had taken a piece off of it. They’re about 1/2 the size of when they 1st came out. This one looks like a part of it is missing. I wouldn’t have served that. I’ve worked in fast food several times and I never sent out low quality food.

It’s the best Taco Bell ever. The food was excellent with ample portions. I went to the counter to get a refill and there were three employees who asked if they could help me. It was amazing to see this kind of service.
