Horrible. Nowhere to plug in my phone. They covered up all the outlets. Door was locked st 8:22am n they opened at 8am. Management explained there was too many homeless so they didn’t want people eating n hanging out for long periods of time. Awful. Coffee was hot .. bout only thing decent bout the experience.

I paid an extra $3.40 (before tax) for extras on both of my burritos that I never got . I assumed it was there until I got home and bit into one of the burritos . The supreme tacos my husband and son got also sucked , there was the smallest dot of sour cream . I have rewards with Taco Bell and I frequently go to , but I’ll never return back to this spot if I won’t get my extras that I pay for .

Went ahead and gave it another shot since this location is convenient for me. Lots of workers so that’s not the issue. Did pickup inside this time thinking maybe they would be a little faster. Not sure what the issue is they look to be working diligently but they are a solid 10x slower than any location. Officially done with this location.

I’ve never done this before, but this has me feeling some kind of way. We went through the drive thru. Ordered two sides of pinots and cheese NO RED SAUCE. The man taking my order was nice and repeated the order. Yes all was correct. We make it to our apartment. And THERE’S RED SAUCE. Mind you this is for my 5 year old so it matters. If it were mine oh well. She said she really wanted it so we went back. Walked in. A lady asked what she could do for me. I explained that we made it home and realized that there was red sauce and we ordered it with no red sauce. She did not look at my receipt. She asked if the bag was the food. Yes it was. She took it and went away. I could hear her talking. But never saw her again. The lady that gave us our “order” was really nice and even offered my daughter a free slushy. Now, was that because she knew she was handing me this garbage? I’ll never know. I don’t even know what is in this container. If that is pintos, those are burned and looks to be days old. And with rice on top? And it was cold. When I looked at it inside I thought the rice was the cheese. I should have checked the bag in store more thoroughly. I figured since we came inside it would have been correct this time. So long story just to say MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I definitely learned a lesson tonight. I should have checked the bag the first time. Maybe we would have never received whatever was in those containers. Even in this bad experience I will say the drive thru man and slushy lady were nice. I just don’t understand why they would serve whatever was in this container.
