Spent over $100 worth of food for a gathering. The order was totally off. I went back to them, and they apologized stating they understood what the issue was. They told me they were going to give me a credit. They are 30 minutes from my house so I don’t go there often. It was over a month before I went back and they said that it was over 30 days and they were not going to honor the credit.

The clientele are shady. The bathrooms have padlocks. We ordered two classic luxe boxes, but the beefy five layer burritos had almost no beef. We also ordered chips and cheese, and the chips were few (my mother only got 6 partial chips), not to mention they tasted like chemicals.

Folks if you don’t know how to fix a crunch wrap supreme and 2 soft shell tacos you need to go find a mopping job somewhere. I came through here today 2/14/2026 . Crunch wrap didn’t even have anything on it but cheese, lettuce, tomato. Geeze really? Soft shell had lettuce, tomato and a teaspoon of meat sauce. This is disgusting and awful to pay good money for bad food. I wouldn’t let my dog eat something like what you gave me.

I went through the drive thru this morning and they told me the fryer is broken. No big deal- it happens. So I pulled out to figure out what we wanted instead. I got back into line, and they said it was functional. So I went back to my original order.
I ordered a bacon crunch wrap and asked for it without the creamy jalapeno sauce. It was right on the ticket, but had the creamy jalapeno sauce inside of it.
I ordered a steak breakfast burrito and asked for no tomatoes. Again, it was right on the ticket but had tomatoes in it.
So essentially I wasted 10+ dollars as the Taco Bell and literally couldn’t eat any of my breakfast.

Renovated interior, must order at kiosk. Woman behind counter asked if I ordered a drink and left the cup on the counter while I washed my hands – makes me question their sanitation rating. Only two sauces – hot and diablo. Taco shell broken – they always do. Update: prices up 40%, contents down 50%

The employees are not the problem. The problem is management and price. Go back to people talking your orders. And you need to realize this is a fast food restaurant not an expensive steak house. Your prices are completely unacceptable.

We ordered from the kiosk and opted to pay cash. There was no one at the counter and we did not realize that your order isn’t started until you pay. The rest of our party got their food and we had to wait for ours to be made once someone finally came to the counter. Not impressed with the “new” Taco Bell.

Our second visit since the remodel. Service was quick with the app and drive thru. Order was correct. The food is, well Taco Bell food. I ordered the Cantina Quesadilla. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t order it again. The last piece was lacking. My wife ordered the Mexican pizza and was satisfied with it. We had a $4 coupon so we got what we paid for. For the price I would recommend any local Mexican restaurant over Taco Bell.
