I will admit the line was long . But they left out half of my meal and what was in the bag was pathetic! Not even a full scoop. I would have had to wait a whole other 30 mins in line to get my food right . Also I’ve never left a review …but it was honestly that bad that I had to for this one . Do better!

I love Taco Bell, usually hard to beat the food but this one in particular hasn’t been all the spectacular. After 3 visits in the span of a week for a quick bite for work, first day I grabbed the Chalupa meal, hard as a rock. Second day, I got rhe 3 loco tacos, each one was shattered, basically had to make a taco salad out of them. Day 3 I got the quesadilla, which I didnt think you could mess up but was a little cold and the chicken was quite tough. Sad says when Taco Bell becomes the place to avoid.

This is the absolute worst taco bell I’ve ever been to in my 33 years of life. Went there on a Thurs at 7:27 pm the store was absolutely disgusting trash everywhere my food was completely wrong and cold. When I got home and realized everything was wrong I called the store 15 times to try and speak with a manager and no one answered. Went back the next day with some of the food and pictures and proof of my purchase and they only replaced half of my order. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. Would love to speak with corporate or someone who is over the GM here.

Everyone in the restaurant was complaining about how freezing it was and they said the ladies who were cooking won’t let them turn up the heat…it was 52 degrees inside and they made it abundantly clear that the customer wasn’t first! Food was great honestly. However they didn’t have volcano sauce yet had it on their menu. I know they are able to take it off so nobody orders what they don’t even have. Workers were rude. When we walked in they were just sitting in the lobby on their phones. She was the rudest can barely look at you when you talk to her.

Terrible customer service.. at least 8 people standing around waiting… no one would come up to talk to anyone at all at the register..They was all worried about drive-Thru orders. After waiting 20 min for my order..2 burritos and 5 piece chicken nuggets was all I ordered..He slung my bag to me Forgot my drink and I had to wait another 3 min for that… everyone in there had poor attitudes. Management needs to be changed and customer service needs to be top priority. Also What kind of burrito is that… the picture below.. I believe a 2 year old can do better than that.

Waited in the drive-In line Like five minutes before they were able to take my order. Mine you. There was nobody in the drive-through … when I get to the window, the guy doesn’t greet me. Im the one says hello to him. He gives me my food. Not rude, but just in a way that’s not really friendly, and then I said thank you to him, and he didn’t say anything back. I just close the window. Somebody please get these people from customer service training. Did my drink was not even sweet. Tasted like no sugar was in it. It’s probably flat, but you can’t say anything to them because he don’t close the window….

We don’t eat out a whole lot but when we do it is not taco bell level food. So, maybe my expectations were too high for this place.
First off, the store is dirty. The front door does not close all the way so many crawling and flying creatures can come right in.
The staff….seems there was one or two people working while three others stood around.
The lady who made our food seemed quite disgruntled and angry when she gave us our bag of food.
We got home and the order was messed up. Not sure how hard it is to correlate the order on the screen with what you prep and put in the bag. Apparently there is no such thing as taking pride in your work anymore.
Every taco in my part of the order was crushed (see photo of one).
I get that these folks work at taco bell but if this is the indicator of the work ethic if gen z, and I fear it is, this nation is doomed.
