I feel like writing a positive review about this particular Taco Bell location isn’t just merited but absolutely necessary. Last week we drove from Wilmington NC to Jacksonville NC and we decided to stop here to eat. EVERY employee was super nice, friendly and openly personal. We drove there again today and we received that same service. Thank you all who work there. My wife and I really appreciate you!!!!!! See you soon I’m sure.

Went to go get food with my bf before I go to work, my chalupa had NO meat. Literally 3 pieces of chicken, stuffed it up with lettuce. My bf got a crunch wrap supreme, barely any beef at all in it.

Cashier was rude. Asked me if I’m using the mobile app and I said yes with my code in my hand. She asked for my name and I gave it, then asked if I placed an order yet and I said no. How am I supposed to know they can’t see my name pop up or something when I’m in the drive thru with a code? Proceeds to give me an attitude. I ordered and she asked if I’d like sauce and I said yes. I got my bag, no sauce, an empty burrito, empty quesadilla. She should be fired because that’s bad for business smh absolutely horrible!

This is really a great Taco Bell here in Jacksonville NC! I have to say that the employees did more that to just please me with my special requests, which was to pretty much burn my steak quesadillas and to not cut them once done and I even asked the preparer what his name was and he said that it was, Dainien,…so I’ve gotta add his name in this review because it was he who went above and beyond what he had to do to make it just the way I wanted it,… So I I were the owner of this location,…I would make sure to do every could to keep him working here and I personally recommend him for a raise!

We recently ate here. They had it decorated for Christmas, it was really cute. The staff were very friendly and greeted us upon arriving. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We ordered our food and the woman who took our order couldn’t have been more sweet and kind if she tried. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasted like it was just made. Both bathrooms were clean and also well stocked. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend this location.

Today is my service dogs birthday 09-23-21 she is two years old. I promised her she would have steak, and i kept my word. She got a steak burrito, and she loved it. I had 3 soft tacos, which were on point as well granted. The steak burrito looked hella good.
Service was phenomenal, clean lobby and nice atmosphere with a good-sized dining lobby.

I walked in the fast food restaurant and immediately noticed that it was very clean no crumbs on the table and no trash on the floor and the staff was really nice about everything and the food was amazing they didn’t forget a single thing in my opinion the workers need a raise

Worst mobile order pick up experience ever. They have a mobile pick up area but I guess that’s for display bc my food sat behind the counter done for 5min while the workers restocked and deposited money. Worst experience ever.
