This only goes to the 3 girls that worked the night of February 26th 2026. I stopped in at 6: 30 pm to 6:45pm and there was a small wait then. They was working well together. And they only had them 3 girls there working 1 in back making our food and 2 girls doinf drive thru and front and im outta there by 7: 15 pm … as I was leaving another girl showed up but idk if she ready for this crowd…great job girls…

Don’t come to this location we waited 20 minutes in the drive threw for food just for our ice creams already melted and little to no strawberries in a strawberry Sunday and our food could of fell out do to a ripped bag and broke blizzard policy of not flipping the blizzard upside down not that it matters bc it was like a milk shake at that point

So I went through the drive through tonight to get a cotton candy blizzard. The blizzard had two pieces of broken spoon in it! Also almost a half of a spoon at the bottom of the cup! I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn’t give out refunds! It was against the policy! So I guess if a customer chokes and dies on their watch that’s ok as long as they don’t go against policy! I will warn everyone I know in Carlisle not to go here! They are so careless and brainless at this location! Like Steve wonder himself could of seen those spoons in that cup! So careless! Don’t go here or you will probably die from careless food preparation!

I ordered a samall extra chocolate shake at the 490 Central Ave. Carlisle,OH today. It took forever to get my shake at the snails pace things were moving. The clerk stuck her fingers down in my shake cup. The prep table was covered in toppings and half black banana chunks…Not to mention the flies..Omg! I had never left the counter area when I asked for my money back, but the heavy set female Mgr said ,”We don’t give refunds!’ I mentioned all the flies, but again, denial of responsibility, while snapping at me that there was nothing she could do. (I guess not when you’re that lazy.) I’m calling the Health Dept in the morning. Unorganized staff, dirty conditions, and then being scolded when I was given a remake, (which I tried to decline earlier.)It wouldn’t have cost you a 1 Star review if you had just been polite, and not so filthy, which all could have been avoided. I Won’t be back. Gross!
