We went through the drive through where we were informed that they were only taking cash, however, could take card inside. We went inside to make our order. The employee came to the counter, looked at us and waved us off with his hand and then turned around and walked away as if we weren’t worthy to eat there. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. The most disrespectful place I’ve ever encountered.

The quality of their food and how little care they put into a simple job is honestly depressing. Every single time I’ve ordered, half my food has been so poorly made to the point of not even being edible. We stopped for lunch. Before ordering, we used the restroom. My husband couldn’t take our physically impaired son to the men’s room because it was so disgusting. The ladies’ room wasn’t much better. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days, a hair net was left on the floor, the toilet paper roll was balancing on the grab bar in the handicap stall, and there was NO SOAP. My husband saw an employee leave the women’s room while we were in there. There’s no way she could have washed her hands well before going back to make someone’s food. Needless to say, we grabbed some hand sanitizers and left with empty bellies.

I’ve worked for Taco Bell for 8 years and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever went to. We ordered the cravings box, were told to pull up, and waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes before I got out and went in. Manager walking around lost, everyone else leaning around. I then asked for my ordered. She then stated that she thought she gave it to me but never came to my car yet, knew what I was driving. Needless to say, they still managed to get the order wrong and they ended up putting food in our bag that was cold, hard and 2 burritos were put in the bag and not wrapped and a bag of nacho but no cheese. They had no care for the world and the only one that apologized was the guy that clocked out and had nothing to do with making the order. Taco Bell do better.

The tacos were fresh,nice and crunchy like it should be! My family and I enjoyed every bite and looks like they are in the middle of remodeling or redecorating. However things were great, I just was not impressed with the male bathroom! It was could use a good cleaning!

You can tell the food was mad with love. One thing this Taco Bell doesn’t do is play about their customers. Very nice and down to earth employees. They will definitely brighten your day.

I used the taco bell app. My food arrived ice cold like it sat in a fridge for 40 minutes prior to being delivered fries were soggy with grease as well as the bottoms of every taco, all my food had all the toppings I had requested not be put on them. I’m honestly a little disappointed, taco bell is my favorite but this was just kinda nasty, the only good part of the whole meal with my drink

Absolutely TERRIBLE, the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever gone too, they drop the ball EVERYTIME we go and this has been our fourth visit to this specific location and we ONLY went there because we were crunching for time. NOTHING was made fresh, the food was cold, my grilled cheese burrito was legitimately stuck to the paper and it was super tiny, the cheese for the nacho fries wasn’t even closed properly so by the time we received the bag of food there was naco cheese everywhere, the naco fries were also placed into he bag upside down. Extremely unprofessional, the kitchen line has no work ethic what so ever, as I walked in to give back the sloppy bag of food I heard one employee refusing to walk a customers naco fries to her. HELLO if you hate your job and don’t have a sense of hospitality and customer service then by all means don’t work in the food industry!! The only employee that seemed to have any kind of professionalism was the manager who did process my refund without any complications. My family and I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOTTTTT be returning to this location, I’d rather drive to Cape Carteret than waste another red cent at this location.
