Personally I would rate 1 star but the General Manager Billy is very kind and understanding. My situation is similar to others. Placed a $40 order, only received half my items and the ones I did receive were busted, beat up, and not fresh (meat was hard yuck!) I called the store and the lady that answered had the audacity to indirectly call me a liar “I personally was on the line and put everything in the bag” I understand people do lie, which I wasn’t, but in customer service you leave that up to your manager to decide, you don’t tell the customer they are lying. I was able to get Billy’s number and contacted him personally about this issue, he remade my ENTIRE order and it seems he made his employees get there act together because the food was picture perfect. Pictures included. The one with the 2 steak gorditas is a comparison of what I originally got and the remake (the first one literally had like 6 tiny pieces of steak) I appreciate them making it right but until they get better employees my review will stay, they obviously have a consistency issue based of prior experiences and other reviews.

Every time I order the Mexican Pizza, I always ask for no tomatoes. Every time they hand me my pizza it’s layered with tomatoes. I’m allergic to tomatoes for context. This has happened SEVERAL times. Taking a picture for the review and throwing away bc I can’t eat it and it’s a waste of my money every time. Please learn to make food the way it’s ordered.

Absolutely disgusting this time, the ladies that work night shift are horrible I love the gentleman that works there when I see him I know my food comes out better. The manager really needs to do better for the night shift. Being pregnant and craving crunchy taco n it comes out soggie is a disappointment, along with a grilled cheese burrito that filled like a damn quesadillas and no care what so ever in a thing prepared. Yall night team is a disgrace !!

This place gets my highest ranking because of outstanding customer service. Absolutely everyone was helpful and friendly… even the delivery person! The food is good, even though they were out of alot of items. But… when did they start charging for green sauce packets? Totally bummed about that.

I am actually pretty mad. We placed an order on the app to grab a quick dinner after work on the way home. 35 min later and the order is not done. And then tell my husband that the dining room and drive thru people are more important. We’ll if that is the case then DO NOT ALLOW ONLINE ORDERS!!! we have never had an issue with this taco bell until today and the last time we placed an online order. It would have been quicker both times to just get to the store and order.

So first off I wanna say this one time and one time only this place will NEVER again get my service nor money I’m sorry but babyy. I’m a manager myself at my store and for the General Manager as he call himself to be acting the way he did was RIDICULOUS. Yes there was an issue at the window because you didn’t originally give the drink that was ordered originally. But after the mishap you remade the drink okay cool no problem not an issue no more. But for whoever the cashier is at that window begin smart talking about a “whatever” is the most craziest thing Evers she needs the job at Taco Bell not me. Tighten up sister. I called back up there the General Manager as he called himself was maddddd rude then the cashier herself. You got the upper hand in this situation and the store alone but you act the same way as the cashier herself. Yall be so rude and nasty for 0 reason, I’m a manager and would’ve handle the situation WAYYYY better then what the General Manager himself did. You sided with the rude behavior of your cashier like any other AM, SM, or GM would which is understandable by all means it’s your store. But babyyy don’t ever think it’s ok to be rude over the phone when I was simple calling to file a complaint against the little rude cashier and to say that the lettuce did taste a bit old and stale. I would’ve have easily paid for a remake tomorrow after work. But I still want the number to corporate regardless to file a complaint against the cashier and possibly you as well. That was uncalled for and I hope you both but especially that cashier have a wayyyyy better attitude next time. There won’t be a next time though no worries love. I will be waiting on a call back!!!
