Absolutely awful experience. Waited for ever and never got a chance to order. Had 5 vehicles pulled into parking spaces waiting on food and the drive thru line was clear except for us waiting to order and no one ever even came over the intercom. Never once have I ever had a good experience at this taco bell. I know the common complaint people have is being under staffed and that’s understandable but at this point just close the damn doors.

My husband and myself go to the Toco Bell in Whiteville ,NC twice a week , but the dinning room is always closed on Saturday and it is way to hot to eat in the car, and employees take up the handicap places. So we will not be returning to this place. The employees are very unfriendly, except one black young man has been very nice to us. So I give them a zero rating. The manager always has her kids in the dinning area,so I think that is the reason for the dinning area to be closed on Saturday, so we will not be returning. My husband and I are both handicapped we can never get a handicap spot because the manager or other employees are taken the spaces, need to close it down .

I ordered Chalupa Supreme and I got something else that I hated. The inside of Taco Bell in Whiteville NC was very dirty on the floor and front of the counter and behind the counter. So I didn’t get what I ordered and the inside was so dirty. I will never go there again.

The wait time is always extremely long, after I pulled up and someone finally took my order, I proceeded to the next window. The young woman literally walked up to the window and with a confused look on her face asked me if she could help me. They had just taken my order. Why would she need to ask me that? I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell. At this point, I much rather just fix my own food at home.

If I could give it a zero I would. I was at the drive thru at 8.45am. I was trying to get someone’s attention and so I just pulled up to the window and just called them on the telephone and a lady picked up and I asked if they were open and she wasn’t sure. Really? Your hours say you open at 8. Long story short, another woman who just walked in said to me we aren’t serving anything right now and closed the window so I drove off after being there for 15 minutes.

This place has the slowest service I thought etown was bad, no this place has earned. it finally got my burrito and now it was cold and didn’t even taste right. Now I wasted my money because for one it took over 30 minutes to get my food and then it weren’t even right it was supposed to have cheese sauce but instead they threw regular cheese on it. Elizabethtown Taco Bell has better service then these people

Definitely not the type to give a review but man, the service is terrible. Food needs improvement also, looks nothing like any taco i’ve ever eaten. Soggy meat, cold, smh the list goes on.
