The entire dining room was dirty. No tables had been cleaned and we had to ask for them to clean one for us. They proceeded to clean only the one and left the rest dirty. The restrooms have a sign that they check them every 30 minutes but they clearly had not been cleaned in some time.

I absolutely love this location and the staff is always so friendly and amazing. The guy in drive thru named Kenny is very professional and his customer service is unbelievable. If I owned a restaurant I would offer him a job. Everyone there is always so kind. The food is always good and hot. Ms Geneva who has been there a very long time is the absolute best! 5 stars to these wonderful ppl.

Went through taco bell galax and got 30.00 worth of food. Was given wrong food and what was correct was hard and cold after having to pull around and wait. Must’ve been sitting out.
I went in and they did correct it but they knew better than to hand out what we were given. When in the store the staff wasn’t professional and were fussing with one another and caring on and floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. A lot of the time the lobby is locked, even during lunch. The people working there act like they’d rather be anywhere else, the restroom looks horrible every time I’ve been, the tables are dirty, and the food is barely room temperature when you get it. I went tonight and they even had the door dashers locked out and said it was because the manager had a “pet emergency”. It must happen a lot because the doors seem to be locked every time I pull up. I thought maybe they were transitioning from bad management to better, but I think they went from fair to worse in that aspect.

I went through the driver thru & the lady was polite & respectful but the food was very very very disappointing. I use to work for this store years ago and we were trained to make sure the tacos were full of lettuce. OMG my tacos had hardly any in them. After spending $16 I had to go to the grocery store and pick up a bag of shredded lettuce to put on them, also not to mention there was only like three pieces of chicken on my flatbread melt.
I will not be going back to any Taco Bell again if this is how they are going to prepare the food. AWFUL AND EXPENSIVE!!!!!

I will have to say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Order through the drive through this evening and got home and order was wrong. Called the restaurant spoke to an employee they said bring the order back with receipt. So I did and they yet again handed me the wrong order. What a shame when you can’t even get the order right twice in a row.
