My son and I went to this restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, he accidentally left his jacket behind. I called to check if it was still at the dining area, but one of the workers hung up on me, claiming they didn’t have time to check. I called back and explained that it wouldn’t take long, but she passed the phone to the manager. He was rude and said they didn’t have time to check. Luckily, I arrived at the restaurant and found the jacket on the table. My point is, don’t forget your belongings because they don’t seem to care about customer service.

Got it delivered late night through DoorDash. I’ve been an avid TB consumer for many years. It was all cooked better this time than I’ve ever experienced, not sure if there’s a new employee or what. Everything in the order, and all cooked to perfection. 10/10 experience

Trash service. Just throw a taco in bag not wrapped and spills in bag. Wrong order completely. In such a rush when there is not even any other customers. I have no idea how they keep their jobs. What a joke.

Our order was supposed to be done at 11:46, We came in around 12 and it wasn’t prepared we were then asked the name and told them and were told “oh well that’s a big order” when it’s only 2 tacos, a drink and a wrap. Our drink was not filled all the way and our order wasn’t started until he asked us the name. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, it is a consistent problem everytime i come here. I’m very disappointed in this store. They have various employees working but they seem to care more about social hour than making the customers food.

Stopped by Taco Bell on N. College Rd. to grab some tacos and cinnamon twist for my kids. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that we didn’t receive our cinnamon twist until we got home. We live about 20 minutes away so I did not feel like driving all the way back. But I’m pissed that we did not receive our full order that I paid for.

I love Taco Bell and will continue to go to them, but not the one in Murray like. Terrible customer service and the preparation of the taco we’re definitely “ not caring”. Little meat, and practically no cheese or lettuce. I don’t even know why they bothered. The girl at the window was eating a taco while serving me. Just all around not good. Almost 1hr for a mobile order today, over 35mins in the drive thru last month when we went there. This store is and always has been a complete disaster. If you have to have Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go to a different location. As for me, I’m done with Taco Bell entirely. McDonald’s is right across the street and you’re in and out in 5 mins. Taco Bell corporate needs to pull the plug on this franchise location

Non existent customer service. Portion sizes were pitiful. Never received our cinnabons even after being told they were being made. Had to get them refunded bc the employees refused to make them. Floor in prep area was covered with food. Rude. Food was poorly made and shorted nacho cheese sauce and strawberry freeze as containers were only half full. 6 employees and not a single person willing to help or do their job. Felt as if we were a total inconvenience by being there.
