Usually I have no issues with this Taco Bell but today I ordered a dragon fruit refrescas and they gave me a drink that I know is just not what the dragon fruit refrescas looks like. I told her that my drink was wrong as soon as I saw it, way too light of a color and didn’t have the dragon fruit pieces in it. It is supposed to be a deep purple color and my drink was very light pink. I was polite when I asked if they are sure it was the correct drink. I’ve ordered this exact drink at this Taco Bell location and other Taco Bells so I know how it should look and taste. She gave me a new drink and the new one looked the exact same but with the dragon fruit pieces tossed on top now. I tasted it to be sure, and it tastes very watered down/missing flavor. I understand if you make a mistake, but to give me the same drink twice and expect me not to notice is insulting to my intelligence. Or if you are low on ingredients and can’t make the drink properly with all the right ratios please just tell me that and I’ll get something else. I am attaching photos of how the drink is advertised to look vs what they actually gave me. The food was fine. But my experience is disappointing because there are not many decent food options in Spring Lake already and choices are limited for places I can grab something quick on my lunch break. I expect when I eat somewhere that they will give me what I pay for and to not assume I won’t notice otherwise.

I just had the best crunch wrap supreme I’ve ever gotten from a Taco Bell here, thick evenly spread, nothing was too much or too little, and they had me In and out In like three minutes, Customer service was amazing.
I’m pregnant right now and haven’t been able to eat anything for weeks and get really disappointed when my food’s messed up and I was extra with my order of a black bean crunch wrap with guacamole and jalapeños, added on and not only did they get it right, they didn’t mess anything else on my order up, and it was soooo Bussin. I haven’t been able to eat for weeks and have been loosing weight, but this was so good. thank you

My daughter and I went through the drive thru around 4:45 pm tonight and they were busy having their little dinner rush(I work in the food industry) the cashier didn’t say anything at all to me she handed me my drink I politely said thank you, no acknowledgment whatsoever…then literally shoved the bag pretty much in my face and slammed the window! That is very immature for one, and for two it’s very poor customer service skills. I understand people have bad days, but to be rude and disrespectful that way…very uncalled for. I won’t be going back to that location and it’s right down the road from my house! That young lady has a lot of growing up to do!

I ordered food. Was given a flat tasting drink. Black girl at the window was very rude and nasty when I asked for a drink that wasn’t flat. She told me to throw it on yhe ground and slammed the window in my face when I asked for the manager to “please come to the window”. Manager was very polite and resolved the issue herself because the girl refused me a fresh drink. However the food was made poorly and the girl taking orders was acting like a victim.
She said I owed her an apology lol. Also she made racial comments as she walked away, “These white people”.
It ashame that manager has to work with people like that all day.

I pick up here all the time for UberEats and it’s usually super slow but tonight (11/17) I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to ask me what order I’m picking up.
They laughed ab the fact I had just been standing here while they were in the kitchen playing. There’s 4+ people back there and everybody is playing. Specifically the guy with lots of tattoos and the lady at the drive thru window. As a delivery driver when the customer has to wait I lose money.
I try to avoid picking up here anyways but after tonight I’m done fr this is ridiculous and whoever the store manager is should probably consider hiring new staff at night.

I went to this location and purchased nacho fries, 2 chicken chalupas, and a steak grilled cheese burrito. Everything was fine until I got about half way through the steak burrito and saw something pink in the sauce. I dug it out, and sure enough, it’s not seasoning or pepper, but raw meat. I understand that taco bell is a FAST food service, but that doesn’t mean rush through food prep and risk someone’s health. ♀️

Whoever gave me my food tossed it on the counter and said, “have a good night” as she was walking away… I get fast food is a bit exhausting because I too work in fast food, as a GM. If you’re that tired, take a break or go home. She was a bit rude when giving me my items. I sat outside contemplating getting a refund.. I know how refunds can affect the customer count so I chose not to. But, she definitely need to be given a break, daily!
EDIT: Lena made my night! She’s always so kind and so patient with indecisive customers. She’s super sweet and I hope she gets the recognition that she needs. Thank you, Lena! Definitely had a different experience from before.

This taco bell is absolutely terrible. I paid a dollar seventy extra for them to not give me the extra cheese I paid for. I ordered cinnabons and the middle is cold. Before coming to this taco bell ask yourself do I want food that’s edible or to just throw my money away.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Why not give the total at the speaker? This set the tone for the cold mexican pizza and tacos which were stuck to the wrapper. I arrived here on 12/3/2025 around 6pm – no excuse for two people at the same window taking themoney and someone else spending so much time making a watery sprite. It seems as if everything is prepared 4 hours in advance and then served.
