I do not recommend! I was told that you now have to pay for extra meat on your taco for there to actually be some meat on there…how rude and unprofessional! Also a lie. I’ve never seen a taco like this from here before. This was a manager btw, and she was proud to keep saying that she made the order. Also there are always items missing from the order each time my family orders. Way too expensive to keep doing that to people, I’m done and have spread the word. More people have also agreed.

Had to wait at the speaker a good 5 mins for a human to come on and take my order. They upcharge nearly $2 if you want chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists and then they don’t ask you what kind of sauce you want and don’t include any, had to drive back and walk inside to get it, broken taco shell and drink tastes like cleaner solution.

Cashier Danyelle M was rude and had an attitude. I told her I could not hear her at the speaker and she immediately got an attitude like it was my fault I couldn’t hear her. I then got to the window and explain that the speaker is extremely quiet and it is not my fault that I can’t hear her. She began again with the attitude and excuses so I told her I do not care just hand me my food.

Nacho cheese was cold, meat was only warm, Pepsi was in place of Dr pepper and vice versa. Food took over 10 minutes to prepare. Manager was helpful when told about issues, said she would replace items when we come back.

I don’t know what’s going on with this store, but the employees portion ingredients as if they are paying for them personally. Literally everything we ordered was a fraction of the standard amount. The guacamole cups were less than half full; the nacho cheese that came with the fries had — I kid you not — less than 1/4″ of cheese in the cup. Even the sodas were watered down!
My wife’s CHICKEN soft taco had 3 tiny pieces of chicken. When I took it back to ask for the standard portion, the manager said they were low on chicken and didn’t have enough for all the orders they had — so rather than offering an alternative, like the shredded CHICKEN or even the crispy CHICKEN or perhaps one of the BEEF options, she decided to just short us instead. That’s not just terrible customer service — it’s dishonest.
And now my favorite part of the evening. Because we were all still starving after the meal we paid $56 for (there are 6 of us), my wife ordered a few more things on the app — one of which was a bean burrito with no onions. It arrived with neither onion nor cheese, so when we asked for some they remade it for us, this time with FISTFULS of cheese, and onions to boot The passive aggression was so hilariously perfect we couldn’t even be mad about the onions.

There was a puddle of soda on the floor; our food was accurate; but walking back from getting sauces I saw a roach crawling on the floor. Absolutely disgusting! I’ll never be back.

The service was outstanding. I work on an ambulance and can not fit theough the drive through that is open for late night’s. The crew at this location accommodated us and helped us get our order, they were friendly and fast. Great crew working this evening.
