Woman in the drive-through was very rude asked to buy some tortilla chips for my Pollo bowl. She only gave me five chips in the first bag and then charged me another dollar 09 for the second bag but she filled up properly then tried to call to talk to a manager and can’t get through worst experience ever if I didn’t work next-door, I would never go back, but this is the only a Pollo Loco close shaking my head get better people to open.

This location doesn’t close till 9pm. I have arrived here at 8:00 p.m. walking from my house and dinning room is closed, drive thru only and they don’t take walk ups. They are lazy employees and don’t wanna clean up after people who are looking to dine in. Then there patio area is closed and always has a Homeless person sleeping in front.

This Polo Loco is “the real deal!” Full size chickens, ALL the sides, gentle folk to serve you, and cooked just right. Worth the drive! On my top 10 fast food Restaurants…for sure.

Charged me full priced but missed a few items. The bag was closed so I assumed everything was in there. CHECK your bag before you leave!!! They ripped us off and gave us 2 instead of 3 pierces and missed sole sides as well. Will not be coming back here.
