extremely nice staff and quick service. this place is wayyyy nicer inside than it seems. lots of businesses around, nice area and clean interior. i ordered the chipotle guac burrito combo. burrito was perfection but the chips were a littttle stale and cold. churros were amazing.

No!! star these place is a disappointment my order was 2pc
No tortillas no drink
Breast and leg with mashed potatoes and rice and ask for my side orders to be placed on small container while ordering in drive thru i ask like twice for that side orders on the side, when I pull up to the window and ask again the lady ask on her headphones to someone i guess the manager she told they weren’t allowed to give me the side orders like I Requested she made and exeption terrible customer service, well they made an exception these one time I was told handed my 2pc meal in a bowl and my side order in the cups
The only reason why I ask my sides in a cup mash potatoes have gravy and it spills all over in a regular tray and that also goes to any order thats runny Mac cheese, coleslaw beans, Im disappointed by even stopping there for my meal and spending my my money there , please corporate ask for the Audio footage and make it right
I also order a chicken tostada regular note: I was charged 98 for a creamy cilantro ok that’s fine
I didn’t take tortillas on 1st order. I’m loyal customer so loyal I have another location they are the best

This restaurant is racist and the owner is a pervert. I literally watched them refuse to serve a young African American woman and refuse to allow her to use the restroom today around 11 am, she was so furious she literally went And peed on the ground near their back door right under the camera, the employees were so busy talking about her in the store they didn’t even notice her pull down her pants and pee all over the floor outside by the drive through window, to allow employees to treat people like crap due to race customers or not females have different issues that require restroom visits, is a bad bad look. I won’t be eating here ever again and if I were you I wouldn’t give this guy who owns this place any of your money, go to Juan Pollo instead, it will be worth it. I found a long red hair in my burrito last week. Employees even wear hair nets inside. This was my first job in highschool, well the la verne location was. I can’t believe how this place is ran!

Always check your orders. When this place is busy they just throw out wrong orders. My order was 2 avocado tacos and I got the El carbon which I can’t stand… 12-2 pm this place will take up your whole lunch break. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for 2 tacos that are the wrong order…

Woman in the drive-through was very rude asked to buy some tortilla chips for my Pollo bowl. She only gave me five chips in the first bag and then charged me another dollar 09 for the second bag but she filled up properly then tried to call to talk to a manager and can’t get through worst experience ever if I didn’t work next-door, I would never go back, but this is the only a Pollo Loco close shaking my head get better people to open.
