Came in and was at the drive tru and a lady came and told me they aren’t taking orders just mobile order. I put mobile order in just to find out they stopped taking all orders. Had an employee at the door like a bouncer and the manager parked her car in drive through. Smh. Maybe one day people will start liking their jobs or try to qualify for a job they love

Guess someone was mad to do their job . So they threw the nachos into the bag all broken. Also my other nachos were all old and the beans were dry. If you don’t like your job then why even bother working . Usually they’re good with my order . Today was bad !!!! Also my other nachos were thrown in the bag upside down .

Had the worst taco bell experience ever last night, we came in for lunch break during work, proceeded to order and all of our friends thar ordered after us reviewed their food in roughly 15 mins, my fiance and I however had to wait 45 mins for our food and they still forgot our cinnamon twists. I can say with confidence this is the last time I will be going to taco bell as a whole, this location is terrible and messes up orders consistently. If you value your time, go to any other food place nearby. I will be calling the support number when they are open to complain further. All of the employees were moving at a snails pace with the manager no where to be seen 20 mins into waiting, clearly none of the employees care and honestly this location shouldn’t be open in these conditions.

Meat was not fresh at all on my tacos it didn’t even feel heated up. I understand fast food is fast food but you can at least heat it up because it should still be safe for me being pregnant to get a taco without having to drive all the way home to heat it or not be able to eat it simply because the meats cold or seems improperly handled. I asked for sauce and recieved no sauces. I didnt get napkins. I did not get a utensil for the Mexican pizza ordered either. Guess if you want something right you need to go inside just to make sure you get sauces, napkins, and utensils but theres still no guarantee it’ll be warm or hot. Used to be my favorite taco bell but not worth it anymore.

I see why the stars are so low. I just went through the drive thru and order a cinnamon twist and a nachos and cheese. When I parked to eat I noticed my cheese was not even half full so I went back to the drive thru where I had to pay another $1.48 for another container of cheese that was also not even half full.

When this place first opened, I gave them a five star review, but I’ve been here a few times since including yesterday, and it has severely gone downhill. Customer service in the drive-through is no good. attitude adjustment needed for sure. Employees act like they’re all family and it’s them against the customer. Poor management here. I saw no diversity. Sanitation rating has gone down to 95.5. Gross! I will drive a few more miles to the one on River Highway for now on.

It hasn’t gotten any better. I just had a box of six soft tacos, and six hard tacos DoorDash to me.

It’s great during the day but don’t bother going at night. They didn’t cut my chicken quesadillas nor did they cut my partners. Not really any cheese, just a lot of sauce and not really cooked together either.
