I had such a wonderful experience at the Taco Bell in Monroe, North Carolina! Every single employee went above and beyond to be kind, patient, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
The store was incredibly clean and well-kept, which made the whole visit even better. And the food? Absolutely delicious — fresh, hot, and made perfectly.
It’s not every day you get service this good at a fast food restaurant. This location truly stands out. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly one of the best Taco Bell runs I’ve had. The food came out hot, fresh, and actually looked like the pictures for once. My tacos were perfectly loaded, the Crunchwrap wasn’t soggy (a miracle). Staff was friendly and the drive-thru moved fast even during a busy time.
When you want something quick, cheap, and satisfying, this location delivers. Will definitely be back for my late-night cravings.

I’m sorry but when I get a Mexican Pizza and a Burrito and the total comes to $12+ and the burrito looks like a taco, I was not happy. I went and talked to a rep and after he explained why, he understood what I was saying and made me a new Burrito which looks like the picture that’s advertised. I was happy. The way I see it, I want to get what I pay for. I’m giving them 5 stars because they didn’t fight or get defensive. Blessings!!!

Not sure if a manager left or they had a staff-walkout, but in the last several months it went from this being the better location in Monroe to there being no good location in Monroe. My food order has had some mistake every single time the last 6 or 7 visits, and half the time they’ve tried to argue the mistakes with me even when I have proof on my app/phone receipt/order history. Guess I’ll go to Sun Valley next time and see if they’re any better than the 2 Monroe locations.

Went in to get food through the drive through. Asked for a steak quesorito as im excited they were back. Ordered it and noticed on the screen steak wasn’t added so when told to come to window I asked for clarity on whether or not it was added. I was then rudely told “I never said that” like that wasn’t the only reason I came. Was told to come back around but since I was brushed off and accused of lying. I went inside just incase they then made a steak quesadilla as they seemed to be struggling. Overall food was good but the sass and no care that I was standing where I could hear the line talk is amusing.

If I could give 0 stars for adding a review I would. But 1 star required for a review. This is by far rhe worst taco bell I have ever ordered from. We pulled up 2 min til 5 and asked if the happy hour still going they said No! Ordered a bean burrito it was cold . We asked for large ice water recieved a small. The attitude was awful!

DEAR CUSTOMERS, If you’re going to order for a family of 5, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU! It’s called fast food, and the drive thru is meant for fast orders. Either go inside, order online or call ahead!! You slow the speed the speed for everyone and put undue strain on the staff. It’s unfair to everyone involved.

I was asked to back up when i got to the window(after them telling me to pull up) to pick my mobile order I placed 15 mins before. My order was meal for 4with 2 quesadillas and 2 crunchwraps and 2 tacos but got 4 tacos and 2 crunchwraps paying for premium items and getting value menu items is bs

I work late nights and that is the store closest to my home when I wanna stop by on the way home from work. Anytime any day of the week after 12am you will not get served if it’s not a mobile order or a delivery service order. It never fails. I went tonight as per usual same crap. This is ridiculous why do we have two stores in this town if one is only gonna hold up and do their jobs. So I tried to give them one last chance before doing this review. And here we are. Close the store if the people don’t wanna do their jobs. As I drove around the building to leave the drive thru the female employee was having her a nice 420 in the parking lot with headset. So that’s why you can’t or won’t take an order. I will drive out the way to the other store no matter what. Go ahead and close this location or replace employees and managers. Sincerely fed up customer
