While I was Door Dashing, I stopped by Taco Bell that’s on the corner of Union and Hudson in Gastonia, NC . Let me tell you has happened on both of my visits here recently…….
I was actually in the drive thru lane just sitting there waiting for someone to come on the loud speaker but no one ever did, so I whipped it around the store and went inside. As I walked in you have 4-5 other customers just standing around by the front counter. It was really really quiet in there and not one worker greeted me or even said a word to me, Instead they are two workers preparing food while one worker was sweeping the floors around the front counter so I said to that worker, “do you know that there’s a line of cars right now outside in the drive thru!” The worker then proceeds to reply by saying, ” Were not taken and Drive Thru orders right now because there is only one person working it.” So I mumbled why won’t they just put up a note or inform someone but nothing. Let me mention all three workers did have headsets on too don’t know why if they werent taking orders from drive thru either. The whole hour I stood there waitng for my food, the ONLY THING the workers would say is the NAMES OFF THE ORDERS and that was it! Nothing Else!! come on Taco Bell you need to do A 360 DIFFERENCE WITH STAFF ASAP!! Finally, seen a worker drop one of the Taco Burritos onto the floor, and she did hesitate before picking it up and she looked like she was about to rewrap it but instead threw it away but doens’t inform the back of hte line to remake whatever it was she dropped!! DO BETTER TACO BELL!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Ordered my food and got to the window and a short lady with glasses name Latonya H on the receipt wanted cut my girlfriend off before we could fix our order because she didn’t ring us up for what we had asked for twice prior, she continued to cut her off telling her the new total of the order and wouldn’t never even acknowledged the rest of our order. She should not have any type of job if she can’t have a good attitude and take people’s order correctly, Even called the store and she picked up and said she was just going to call the police on us for using profanity for dropping an F bomb. Amazing service, will not ever be back!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered online got my food home, missing items from the order, food had almost no ingredients as you can see from the pictures of the tacos that I ordered. Notified the customer service system and that is a big joke too. They sent a code for a coupon instead of actually acknowledging the problem and fixing it. Leadership at this location should hold staff accountable for what they are providing or be fired and get someone there that will do so. I have asked for the manager to reach out to me but I highly doubt that will happen. This place seems to be run by bad management which leads to bad staff and poor customer service.

Drive thru line around the building. Get to window, get asked to park and come inside even though I did a mobile pickup. Get inside with 7 other people who did the same. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and had an attitude with anyone who had questions or issues with their orders. Lady with red hair in the middle had an attitude issue trying to help a gentlemen use the kiosk to place his order.

If I could give half a star I would this is the fourth time I have ordered door dash from them and nothing was right hasn’t been right all 4 times. It’s not the dashers fault the bag was sealed I ordered a mini taco salad and6 crunchy tacos I got two drinks and 4 soft tacos

customer service is trash from the manager … I came in an explained that I ordered supreme not regular tacos and she wanted to argue with me on what I said I ordered. I told her I would pay the difference and she just walked off. I’m waiting to see if I will recieve the tacos . Customer service can be nicer and communication can be better when you have other underneath you who are looking up to how you manage a facility.

Buddy at the window had the nerve to tell me to “have a blessed day.” Should’ve known something was up. I get home, open the bag, and see this disaster. Two cubes of beef, a couple flecks of onion, and three tomato scraps that look like they were rejected from a middle school salad bar. All of this was haphazardly tossed into a tortilla that looked more exhausted than I was after seeing it. I’ve seen more filling in a damn couch cushion. I really shouldn’t be suprised though, walking into Taco Bell hungry is like walking into a casino broke: you already know you’re not leaving with anything valuable, just regret and maybe diarrhea.

I’m giving this place a 5 stars due to Chevy (if misspelled I apologize) my boyfriend misplaced his wallet by accident and she placed it in the safe knowing he would be back for it. She is a blessing. It’s amazing to know there are good people out there. Thank you GM for always take care of your customers first. You are amazing

I just sat in this line 30 minutes! Didn’t even get to order. 15 of those minutes were being dead silent at the speaker! When I said hello, I was told (with a nasty) attitude they were busy and short staffed. Ok, that’s fine but maybe you could say that instead of leaving people silent and then getting angry because I said hello. When driving around the corner, the dining room was not packed as she stated. I truly understand being short staffed but letting someone know their wait is going to be crazy long would be nice. Huge shoutout to Aniya and Chevy! When I stopped by to pick up two mobile orders for myself and a co-worker, they were the only two employees working at the start of lunch rush. One was holding down the drive-thru and front register while the other kept the food coming out fresh and fast—and they did it all with kindness and a smile. The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious, and their teamwork was seriously impressive. Aniya and Chevy went above and beyond, and it showed!
