The night shift lady at the window had such a wonderful attitude and energy for it being 2am. The food was as I expected, and the customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in a long time from a fast food outfit. Seems more and more places forget how far a great attitude can go nowadays, but not this place! Also the burger came prewrapped, in a box, which saves sooooo much mess!

Do not come to this location if you have children! Attacked because our children were playing and got a refill on soda more than 30 mins after we were in the restaurant. When trying to offer to pay for the refill the older women who was the manager started screaming to leave the store. The food was old and mad when we asked for them remake the food they were nasty and rude. To be screamed at for being in the play area for an hour is disbelief. I’ll take my money somewhere else!

I usually won’t leave reviews for food chain restaurants but this location has been serving the best Whopper!!! I have been coming to this location more than 10 years whenever I crave for a juicy Whopper. I have never received bad food or service even once. But I think the fries comes with the meal is pretty small!! The restaurant was pretty clean today, the cashier helped right away, she could have use a little smile for my opinion.

Walked in to have lunch with my family, my father and I needed to use the washroom. Guy at counter who I believe is a manager, long black/dark brown hair and a mustache denied us access until we purchased something. My mother was standing at register to make a purchase of about 40$ in food. And hr wouldn’t allow access till we purchased anything. Rude and ignorant he was towards senior citizens and myself. We walked out and will never be back.

Do not mobile order from these people. I placed a mobile order, when I went to pick it up the cashier spent 10 min insisting I ordered it to the wrong location. After being shown that I was indeed at the correct place, he changed his tune and started saying their system was down and they could not receive mobile orders, so they could/would NOT give me the food I paid for. I was gracious and decided to take it up with customer support instead of the store and my account was deactivated with no explanation, and told I would not receive a refund. These people WILL steal your money.

This location is so unfriendly. I wasn’t greeted and when I spoke the guy who waited on me just looked at me. What is the problem with common courtesy? The guy who took my order clearly doesn’t want to be there it’s written all over his face. I purchased 2 whopper meals with which I presented a coupon. I asked for onion rings instead of fries. He stated that it was not allowed. Because the coupon said french fries. This is bologna. Whenever I purchase the whopper meal with a coupon I always get onion rings instead of fries. I never had any other location to tell me that I couldn’t have the onions rings instead. Noone in the entire restaurant bothered to speak, present a smile, a pleasant demeanor, nothing. I think this entire location is in need of revamping with new management, staff, and an overall rehab of the restaurant. The prices of food have gone up and the quality of both the food and service has decreased drastically

How is it you can’t get one, ONE sauce for your meal without charging someone. I could understand if I asked for multiples or didn’t order something like fries that people usually have a sauce or ketchup with. The guy in the window was rude and short both in tone and stature. It probably cost you more in credit card fees than it did for the .27 cents for the ONE sauce. Clearly you guys have sauce issues based on the full page of sauce regulations taped to your window. I understand charging for excessiveness but charging me for the singular sauce for my fries is just greedy BK.

Horrible services , disrespectful employees I was missing food from my order wasn’t given a receipt who ever answers the phone wanted to go back and forth. And I paid for food I didn’t receive and the employee who I was speaking too asked to me give a description of the person who checked me out and was being combative with me. I highly highly recommend no one goes here because of disrespectful service . We purchase food from these fast food places in order for them to be disrespectful toward us when they mess up. I will never support this Burger King again.
