So I went in here to get some nachos. Nacho bellgrande to be exact and got extra meat and sour cream. It looks the same as if I didn’t order any extras. So I asked the only blonde white girl in the whole place and she gave me an attitude and was a smartass so she went and put a pound of meat on my nachos in one squirt of sour cream. So I spoke to the manager and asked her what I was supposed to do about this. And of course I had to remake it because people just can’t deal with customers and some people have to be hidden and she should stay hidden. Because she will get into a lot of trouble one day. She will mess with the wrong lady or man. I promise. If you really do not like your job get a new one. Stop making everybody else around you miserable because that’s how you live your life. Even though everybody else in the place was nice other than her. I will never go back to this location I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the other one. So I’m treated like a human instead of a nuisance. You work for people. You work within customer service and you suck at it. You need to be hidden. And never brought out to deal with another customer. And then two old men we’re standing there waiting for somebody to take their order for over 15 minutes because they don’t understand the kiosk. Not everybody’s up-to-date on the time. In they shouldn’t have to be. Should be just doing your job instead of giving people attitudes.

There was a hair in my burrito and The manager doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer correctly, told me he was calling the cops on me because I called back every time he hung up on me. Offered me more food why would I want more dirty hair food ? They obviously don’t train their managers correctly because neither one of them could give me a professional answer to why I couldn’t have a refund when their filthy employees can’t keep their hair in a hat.

I went through the drive thru on 1/5/ 26 and the guy working was very rude and pushy. He was talking to someone inside and messed up my order, didn’t get my drink at all. I asked for no tomatoes because I’m allergic to them and he obviously didn’t pay attention because I had to throw food away. I love Taco Bell but I was thoroughly disappointed in this visit.

As an international traveler using a low value currency ( South African Rand 15,5 x for $1 ) This was the best value meal in USA so far. Restaurant was clean and neat and counter staff assisted with recommending this deal being unfamiliar with the menu and deals. Chalupa savings box, $5 Lots of complimentary condiments available, many different chilli sauces etc and drink seems to be bottomless, help yourself.

In order for them to not get in trouble for drive thru times they are having people wait at the speaker until they tell them to pull forward. Even woth a long line of people that are waiting to place their order. This is not the 1st time they have done this. Taco bell you need to have this store shopped

2 coworkers yelling and cursing at each other fighting the entire time I’m in there with my young son. Another employee handed us our food and apologized for the absurd behavior. Shameful for 2 grown women to be acting so childish.

BEST. TACO BELL. EVER. Ethan makes the best food!! The last couple of times I’ve gone, haven’t been great. Nachos missing cheese, tacos missing. I’ve gotten quesadillas missing chicken before. But the one I had tonight, was saucy, cheesy and with chicken! My mom had the best nachos she’s had yet. My cantina taco was so good. And my Doritos taco wasn’t broken!
