To be honest the nicest drive through pickup experience. It’s little things. Being from north east littlest thing southern folks do makes me happy as I’m not used to it. I happened to ask some extra packs of hot sauce, the lady at the window happily handed me a handful of them. Never had that happened in my life.

Force you to use self service monitors, they have someone there that is not allowed to use the register but I helps you use the touch screen…. Took way longer to use the touch screen than for them to just take my order. I’m against the job cut… last time I go there.

No lie. I love Taco Bell. I really love Taco Bell when their food is so fresh and delicious as we had in this visit to Rocky Mount Taco Bell. We went twice while visiting – both times were SO good.
Another funny thing about this Taco Bell – – it is busy. There are many employees working. Everyone was busy. A good busy. It was harmonious, and efficiently run. Bravo!

We stopped in at the taco bell on Benvenue in Rocky Mount, NC. The place was clean and Angeles good. The food speed, quality and appearance was fabulous. We travel from coast to coast and this was one of the best ones! Order was shiatsu and hot. Good customer service, too! It was so good,

I have become increasingly disappointed by Taco Bell, both the restaurant and the mobile app. The service isn’t great anymore and it’s become hard to select the vegan option on the kiosk and more time than not the app won’t accept my payment, which means I can’t order my Veggie Cravings box, which is an online exclusive (which you actually got rid of and I know have to make more substitutions and choices to get what I want).

Came to the drive through and told them exactly what I wanted. They did not give us what I want. They put tomato on my husband’s food and I told them no tomato and no sour cream. So when we got home, my husband was not able to eat. It’s late at night and I had to repeat myself over and over again to the person in the window. What I wanted, how wanted and what? I didn’t want it and they did not. Listen. Would not recommend go on back.

This is the best taco bell I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, organized (even the sauce packets are stacked nicely), food is good and the staff is friendly. It’s clear the people that work here care about their jobs. Was a nice experience. I’m writing this review so the employees know they are awesome!

This is the worst Taco Bell in Rocky Mount. Went to drive through on 1/23/2025 about 2:15pm. Once again, tacos are broken. Tacos at this establishment are always broken. What is the reason for a hard shell taco to be broken in multiple places? Did the cook who made the taco break it? Did the person wrapping the taco break it? Or was it the person at the drive thru window?
It’s the same person at the drive thru window every time the tacos are broken so that’s how I know it’s him. (Or her. Hard to tell if it’s a male or female with the hair net.) You definitely need to check your bags carefully before you leave this Taco Bell. Especially when you go through the drive thru. Reporting this to the manager.

I didn’t like the self-serve kiosk station why have people standing around and then they show you how to order your own food doesn’t make a whole lot of sense why not walk up to the counter and order your food pay have a seat let employees bring it to your table. Employee should call out your number on your receipt and bring it to your table. I saw two people while I was sitting there eating my lunch two people walked out when a girl said you have to use a kiosk type in your own order so what are you getting paid to do show me how to work it by the time we’re both done you could have already took my order and brought it to my table technology is getting carried away employees are getting lazy
