Disappointing experience from our latest visit here. We had several items missing from our order as well as customizations that were ignored after waiting half an hour for our food. The food was also very light on ingredients. Our crunch wrap supreme was paper thin due to lack of fillings. Seems like there are issues with management, training or both. Try the locations in Fuquay or Garner instead.

Went to the drive-through and the manager rushed me to order didn’t have but two minutes to order when no cars were behind me after telling him that I could not see too well and needed a little while he then told me I would not be able to be served the Taco Bell and Holly Springs has gone severely downhill with constant missed orders and rude staff service used to be a lot better in this location going out to eat should not feel like a battle with staff and the food that I paid for should be accurate and done in a timely manner. If there was a way to report this location to corporate I would I please do not give this location any of your hard earned money

This location has been terrible for years. In fact Yum Brands should push this ownership out. The orders are either constantly incorrect or if they are correct the food is terrible (see photo below), $9 for a nachos bel grande and it looks like this? , and then you go in the store and there is zero customer service. Holly Springs should consider forcing the sale of this property so that we can have some decent food options around here. Whoever the franchise owner of this establishment is should seriously consider selling, you are doing a disservice to the community by keeping this place open.

If you come to this location, check your bag before you leave, make sure you get everything you paid for. I paid for an extra sauce, and it was not in the bag. Before I drove off, I told them it was not in the bag and they tried to argue with me and said it was. I looked through my bag again and told them there was only one sauce, not two like I paid for. They took my bag back to physically check themselves and then added the other one in there. It’s literally just a cup of nacho cheese sauce. Would it hurt Taco Bell to give it without indirectly calling the customer a liar? They held up the line over a $1 cup of sauce. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars… I would. I attempted to dinner here. They had two different people trying to take my order… AT THE SAME TIME. Which caused a lot of confusion. Then the one guy got an attitude with me when I said it was confusing. I ended up just leaving because honestly it was exhausting trying to place the order. I’ll just go to Fuquay from now on.

I’ve been here twice. Both times the food was TERRIBLE. Both times I left a review with their customer support using the phone number on the receipt for how bad the experience was. Both times I didn’t hear back from their customer service call center. Shame on you Taco Bell.

For social proof, see the picture. This was what they called a cheese quesadilla. I’m assuming they decided that serving it cold, with the cheese uncooked, might prove it was actual cheese pieces – or a facsimile thereof.

In any case, even though this is super convenient and right off the highway, don’t waste your money.

And. On this occasion, they gave me no napkins in my bag and the wrong drink. And it took 19 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me.

Seriously. The management here is either non-existent or you feel that 17 year olds should inherently know how to cook, serve, and be efficient.

Had a very unprofessional experience with a manager named Anthony during an Uber Eats pickup. After an excessive wait time, I was yelled at in a demeaning, dismissive, and hostile manner in front of others. The interaction involved public belittlement and unprofessional conduct toward a delivery driver and created a hostile and uncomfortable pickup environment. This reflects poor management behavior and a lack of respect for third-party delivery partners. Management training and accountability are needed at this location.

I’ve consistently had to wait at least 20 to 40 minutes here. Today, I placed a mobile order at 7:12 pm, and by 7:36 pm, I was still waiting. On a previous visit, I waited 40 minutes, and they offered free churros as an apology. I’d avoid this location if there were other options nearby, but unfortunately, it’s the only Taco Bell close to me.

Update:

I got home around 7:50 pm, only to find two nacho fries missing from my order. Now I’m having to drive back to address it—ridiculous.

The lady Carla who works in the drive thru should not be working there at all. We came by drive thru and she told us she has a lot of orders for door dash and tells us to order inside as we go inside she takes the order for that person who was already in drive thru. When we went inside there was nobody there at all and was quite disrespectful to us. 0 customer service with lots of rudeness.
