I don’t normally give really good reviews for McDonald’s on the service, but, when we walked in, there was no one in there, and the maintenance guy happened to be there and got us Served right away, and I just did not catch his name. But he did say that the owners of this McDonald’s has I believe 14 locations and the ones that he mentioned we have been to often and they’ve all been really good. So it’s nice to know that owners care and hire good people for their locations.
My wife’s order came out perfect, and they made fresh coffee and it was nice and hot. I would highly recommend if you’re going across Hohenwald TENNESSEE stop in and give this McDonald’s and business.

The food was good but for the manager who helped me I wish I could give this place zero stars for service. I don’t remember her name but I know it starts with an s. There was the person at the first window trying to help me and she came in and was entirely rude to her. And on top of that my wife works there and if that’s how night shift wants to run I don’t want her to work there anymore. Honestly, if you want your children to work anywhere do not choose here or have them work mornings on weekends but no nights at all here. And I was able to hear said manager from outside the store yelling like a mad man at the employees. That manager does NOT need to work food service if that’s how she treats other employees.

Went in, the attitude of the front counter was awful, and the little girl that threw my food on the counter had the most horrible attitude I’ve seen in awhile. I was beyond pissed at this point so I didn’t ask her name, but she doesn’t need to work with the public with that attitude.November 28th,2025, 7:50 Pm. I’m gonna start leaving a review each and every time I go in there and if that attitude is consistent, I will do my best to get her fired. Unacceptable!! And they do not even deserve the one star review!!

lol so go to McDonald’s at 10:59 am. Wanting to place an order for kids for nuggets…… “it’s breakfast till 11… you’ll have to come back at 11” …… so we have to come back in 60 seconds to place an order???? lol. It’s gonna take you longer than that to even get us to the window… plus you’ll make us sit in a parking spot prolly for 5-10 min bc that’s what you always do bc you don’t want to mess up your numbers and want to push a button saying we went through already lol. Plus a friend of mine told me she went through at 10:30 the other day and she got nuggets then so they are turning ppl away too. Worst McDonald’s and service I have ever been to!

The customer service was really bad they had too remake our whole entire order and there was 3 managers that weren’t doing anything and they were really rude my friend slipped and cut his arm and they didn’t do anything, it took 40 mins for us to finally get out food 1/5

Loved the service here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The customers were very friendly also. My kids were able to trade toys from thier happy meals that they wasn’t happy with a pick new ones. The food was hot and the wait wasnt long at all. My peppermint frappuccino was amazing!

When I got to the window the lady that takes my money was rude as hell and when I got to the next window the manager I think her name was Sasha or something similar besides that she was incredibly rude she handed me my food nearly throwing it at me than began to SCREAM at her employees for a “multitude of reasons” from what I heard she was non stop yelling and making me and other customers very uncomfortable when I got home I contacted someone Ik works there and they told me the girl in the first window is her daughter and that this is a nightly thing and they don’t like working night shifts bc of this I don’t think anyone should have to put up with this customers or staff this is incredibly disrespectful
