THIS IS MY THIRD TIME ORDERING FROM THIS TACO BELL AND EACH TIME EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SO SCAMPI. THE CRUNCHWRAPS HAD TO HAVE JUST 1 TABLESPOON OF GROUND BEEF. I DIDNT ASK FOR IT TO BE THE VEGETARIAN ONE, IF I WANTED NO MEAT I WOULD ASK FOR THAT. There is no reason for every item i get to be this light on toppings and meat. It’s like going to taco bell and asking for just the tortilla only.! For the prices to be how they are and to get skimped out on what i ordered should be a crime. Don’t order from this taco bell!

Zero stars if that were an option. I discovered a piece of green cloth in my burrito. When I called the store to report this, I received no apology and was told the burrito was made perfectly. Finding foreign material in food is unacceptable, and the dismissive response made the situation even worse.

If I could give zero I would. Staff doesnt acknowledge youre at the counter. Waited over 20 mins to find out our online order done 10 mins before hadnt even been started after the only thing they asked us is if we’re Uber Eats (we were not). The guy before us left without his food. The screen at main counter was disgusting, almost as dirty as the counter. We just traveled back in town and long flight so only option

I love this taco bell. My food is always fresh and tastes great! I am so glad they brought back the 7 layer burrito and the Caramel Apple empanada. The empanana is good and has amazing filling.

I never mind waiting at this location because my food is always accurate and fresh. Really disappointed this time though. The soda machine is very flat and there’s no ice in the cups. They threw a broken taco unfolded in the bag. That’s so unacceptable. Do better.

HORRIBLE!!! Staff won’t acknowledge you at counter, 20 minutes after placing a mobile order still waiting. There was only 1 table eating and zero cars in the drive thru. I would say between 7-10 employees in the back. The older black woman was heard saying obscenities, garbage all over near the drink machine. I’m the only one standing in line and instead and you’d think the employee who walks out with the completed order would ask if it’s mine before placing it on the shelf with the other mobile orders seeing as though I’m the only one in the place. She wouldn’t even glance in my direction. Had to then ask her to hand it to me and she was EXTREMELY rude. This location was recently remodeled and they have a serious water leak in the kitchen that they’re collecting with buckets, wonder how sanitary that is. Real classy joint.
EDIT: After leaving this review, my order was found to be wrong… walked into the store for a refund, the older black woman was the one who processed the refund. I gave no attitude and was polite, she was anything but. She gave was obviously annoyed that it was a mobile order paid with Venmo so she slammed the cash register open and gave me 2x the order amount in cash which seems to be the only upside of this experience.

Whenever I come here to pick up orders for doordash and as a customer (who’s actually buying food and eating) I am invisible, as are other customers. It takes a very long time for anybody from the back to acknowledge anybody that’s up at the front counter. Apparently the store opens at 9:00 and they don’t come in earlier to prep the food so you have to stand there and wait for the beef to cook for 20 minutes and the beans to heat up for 20 minutes before they can even start preparing the food. I think the management should have the employees come in a half hour ahead of time so everything is ready when the store is supposed to open at 9:00 and people don’t have to be inconvenienced and wait here for 20 minutes before they can finally start putting together your order. The customer service here is pathetic. I can get better service in the Garner store and in the Lillington store as soon as you walk in the door they acknowledge your presence. they want to find out if you would prefer to order at the counter or at the kiosk, etc. the place is dirty. For 4 days there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, and then there were days when there were no paper towels, and then you see they can’t even put the toilet paper and they sit it on the toilet tank, there’s spilled stuff and food all over the counter and the restaurant just opened you would think it would be clean and ready for business as soon as the customer walks in the door. I am not impressed at all and if I didn’t have to make money (with doordash) I wouldn’t even be here at this location. Do better!!!

this place is literally awful, never come here came through the drive-through to get a DoorDash at almost 12pm, Normally, the lobby is closed that’s why I went to the drive-through, The lady said that I had to go inside. I proceeded to wait in the drive-through for nearly 30 minutes before it even moved. but you can’t even just hand me a bag of the drive-through. my wife had to go inside and pick it up while I was waiting in the drive-through. What difference does that make, on top of that, the doors were locked like what ?

Service at this place always sucks! Today was extra special. They took my order wrong so I proceeded to order additional food that I originally ordered. As I hand the cashier my card she tells me I have to go through the drive through again to place the order. Drive back to the drive through and she simply tells me to pull up to the window again. Takes my card and hands me my food without even saying a word. Get home and of coarse part of the order is wrong and looks disgusting. Shakira if you don’t like your job find another one! Do better!
