I was so excited when I saw this Taco Bell was opening as it would be the closest to my home. Unfortunately, it has never really been a stable location. Each time we visit, there is always something to contend with. I’ve sent my kids to pick up an order and had to have my wife drive over because the clerk was arguing with them about our food. I’ve gone in and there were no napkins, no sauce, no utensils, no tea, and every table was dirty. I only risk going to this location in the morning as the evening has almost always been awful. I do my best to avoid this location after lunch.

Slow they had 8 or 9 people working there were 2 cars in drive-Thur and 1 person waiting on their app. I ordered 2 soft tacos on the kiosk I waited 18 mins for my order.

So here’s the thing. I visited this location just as the nightlife crowd was getting hungry sometime around 7:45pm. The drive-thru lane traffic was brisk. The drive thru lane order taker was quick and courteous- despite my 15 seconds of indecisiveness ( my tasteebuds were focused on the 5-layer Nacho fries -that were no longer on the menu) that made me change my order to 7 regular tacos AND one Beefy 5-layer burrito. My order was on the screen. Her voice then asks, “Is the order correct on the screen?” I looked over the order on the screen and said, “YES! It is correct. 7 regular tacos and 1 Beefy 5-layer Burrito.

Horrible service and always have to PULL UP even when you order ahead in the app. Then I asked them how long will it take just for 2 tacos and the guy said HE DONT KNOW like WHAT TF he said we’re making it right now. Most taco Bell’s are pretty good when it comes to service but this one is absolutely Horrendous. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru and receive attitude when you finally get to the cashier.
