The chicken burrito by itself was good and tender. I also had a crunchy taco that was in the box and it was good as well and freshly made not sitting and soggy falling apart. The service was excellent no complaints there. However, let’s get to the chips in the box…it was just TOO much salt…blood pressure elevated salty! I rub one chips and all that salt surface up…is that chip related to the red sea? I understand ‘fast food’ but not ‘salt in the box’

The Taco Bell located at 2239 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I placed my order to the time I got home and saw the disaster they handed me, this visit was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
First, the woman taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. Before even beginning my order, I made it clear that I had a large order—ordering for four people is not the same as ordering for one. Despite this, she continuously rushed me, sighing loudly and breathing heavily as if taking my order was a burden. She even had the nerve to interrupt me repeatedly, making the process more stressful than it needed to be.
When I pulled up to the window, I realized the sweet tea I ordered was undrinkable—it was nothing more than sugar water with no tea flavor whatsoever. When I politely informed her of the issue, she cursed at me, then slammed the window when I asked if I could get the actual tea I ordered. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.
At that point, I asked for her name, and rather than addressing the issue professionally, she hid her name tag under her coat, further proving she was aware of her behavior and didn’t want to be held accountable. Despite all this, I remained completely respectful, even though she clearly had zero regard for customer service.
To make matters worse, when I finally got home and unpacked my order, I discovered that most of my food was burnt beyond recognition. Yes, I understand that the item is called Cantina Crispy Tacos, but there is a fine line between “crispy” and completely burnt to a crisp. What I received was the latter, making the food completely inedible. (See attached pictures.)
This visit was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The rude and unprofessional service, the poor food quality, and the lack of basic respect for customers make this one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. I will be reaching out to the store directly, though I doubt this review will get any attention or action from management. If this location wants to keep customers, they seriously need to retrain their employees on proper customer service and quality control.

10 out of 10 I showed them how we do at the Nashville Way they should make a meal called the Nashville and it’s just two 5 layer burritos grilled …if you’re gonna put a side?? (I don’t think it needs a side) it should have something crunchy but not sweet.. like maybe a side of pickles? I have included a photo of all you need to know they did a perfect job.

9-5-25 4pm Bathrooms nasty. Employee eating drinking on food prep line. Though posted Sanitation score was 97%. Trash cans in kitchen full with trash on floor so I’d not trust the Grade given. I left went elsewhere. I should have taken pic’s but I never think of that at the time I decide to walk out.

I ordered the 10 PC nuggets combo, and it comes with 10 PC nuggets, 2 choices of your sauce for your nuggets, seasoned fries with cheese dip & a drink for $9.60. It was really good. I will get this next time!

Convenient to three highways this is a great location for a taco Bell there service was expedient and efficient. The staff at taco Bell was friendly and service was above par. The food was tasty and we’ll prepared. I would recommend this taco Bell to anyone
