This is the 2nd time in about a month Ive gone to this Taco Bell and they have messed my order up. I clearly stated I wanted NO SOUR CREAM, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO on my Crunchwrap surpreme and once again they messed my item up. My taco that came with my box was stale. What is the issue with this Taco Bell. Nothing but problems. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Worst Taco Bell in the entire United States. Possibly the world. They are always out of something, their fountain drinks taste like sewage, and there is always something missing in your bag. Just go somewhere else

This place messes up your order 95% of the time. And they also serve non edible versions of their food. Without caring at all. Also they are rude as hell when talking to them trying to order. Cut you off every second to ask “what else” when you’ve only said “can I get the number 7 combo with -“

I would give them zero stars if I could! I went to try out the new chicken flatbread and I received a small chicken strip on a soft tortilla with sauce on it. I called to let the manager know and all she said is we are out of flatbread so we put it on a tortilla. This is unacceptable if you are out of something you should let people know so they can decide if they still want to order or not! She offered Nothing! The least she could have done is offered to refund me or replace it.

“DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE”- Worst taco bell location ever been to, Initially when I went there – front desk person couldn’t find my order, then some how he found my order ready in some corner. I ordered everything vegetarian, my order was made with “BEEF” in it with half of the things missing from my order. I returned my order asked manager to give me a refund as I can’t eat beef in it and then store manager “REMI BURNETTE” came out rudely and denied to offer refund by yelling. Didn’t even offered replacement of my order and walked away inside the kitchen. He had no guts to provide customer service and give solution to any issue as a manager. I waited 30 minutes in front of the front counter asking about my order, no one gave me an answer what’s going on with my order. I asked him to come out and talk with me, but he was being coward and couldn’t come out to talk with me. He don’t deserve to be a store manager if he can’t manage the customers !! This kind of customer service would not take this store business anywhere. At that point my refund was not that important, but manager should show some respect to customers and provide resolution to the mistakes happened. We’re not paying to handle some rude store manager’s rubbish behavior. We should get the food what we paid for. I’m seeing so many people posting for the similar issues at this store. I hope store management learn lesson someday and make some improvements in staff.

This taco bell is terrible, dont know why i try to go to this location. Who slaps a taco together and throws it in the bag. It was so sloppy that it disgusted me. I went back thru and asked for it to be made. It was also supposed to be a supreme. I couldn’t tell it was supreme. I could see tomatoes but no sour cream. The manager even looked at it and had to be rude and said it was a supreme. I said we’ll its messy and didn’t see the sour cream. She should have said I am sorry let me remake it. Not sit there and argue about it. How is that going to help people come back and buy more food if you get sloppy tacos. Then on top of that the food was cold. Like food is supposed to be hot. This locations sucks. Lack of customer care. The only care was the nice male cashier taken my money to pay for the food that was slapped together, it wasnt even wrapped . The second one didnt look better then the first. I am not a big fan of taco bell. Presentation of the food and act like you care about your customers and your job goes a long ways. The manager attitude wasn’t professional.

Ordered a Steak Chalupa. The shell was hard as a rock. The bad part was I had to wait for them to make it. So the shell had sit out till it got hard. Won’t be getting my hard earned money anymore with this kinda of service.

No attention to detail. Forgot my 2 cinnamon twists and made my taco wrong. Went in and they fixed it nicely but when I got home realized that everything else was not made like I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
