I ordered online via the app at 7:20pm and chose pickup indoors so it would be ready by the time I got there from Wentworth (directly in front of Elizabeth Pizza). App said it would be ready at 7:33pm. I arrived at 7:36 and it wasn’t ready. At 7:52 guy throws it onto the pickup rack like its a bag of refuse and mumbles my name while immediately turning his back and walking away. If they were busy I’d understand. But they weren’t. If I’d gotten it through the drive thru I’d gotten it in 10 minutes max. What’s the point of online orders if I have to wait over 30 minutes?
I know that if you select drive thru pick up they don’t start cooking it until you tell them your name so I deliberately chose inside pick up. Got worse service.

Hot and fresh. Special order was correct. The 5 dollar box is a great deal. You can substitute the cinnamon crunch twists for nachos as well.

Please don’t try to do any mobile ordering for this location. I placed a pick up order myself and went to the drive thru to pick it up. They told me I have to come inside, I said okay normally I pick it up through the window since I placed the order myself and another women’s voice comes over the speaker saying again loudly that I will have to come inside for my food. The lady’s working today at 12 PM on January 8th could definitely use some retraining.

I stop by this taco bell pretty often and theyre rarely great in the accuracy or customer service department, but today was the worst. I had 3 separate voices talk to me at the order speaker, the cashier was rushing and borderline rude, then was missing an entire meal (with the exception of drink,) from my order. $10 down the drain. And my receipt was given to me damaged, so I cant even see an order number to get my rewards points. I wont be back for quite some time.

The typical Taco Bell with nice staff. Not overly crowded. The food was fine. I ordered a beef and cheese burrito and asked for guacamole to be added, unsure if they would. But they happily obliged me.

Some of the food is okay but they sometimes leave a lot of food out and I know they’re probably just training so I don’t hold it against them and sometimes I get a soft taco when I want a hard taco like I said they’re just training so it’s cool I’ll come back later and update Some of the food is okay but they sometimes leave a lot of food out and I know they’re probably just training so I don’t hold it against them and sometimes I get a soft taco when I want a hard taco like I said they’re just training so it’s cool I’ll come back later and update

So, I went to Taco Bell in Eden, NC, about 30 minutes ago. I pulled up through the drive-thru and had to kind of talk my way into ordering a taco supreme with no tomatoes. I must have had to repeat myself 8 or 9 times because the female just wasn’t getting it. When it was my turn to pull up when I believe she had my order correct, she hadn’t turned off her headset so I could still hear what she was saying. Which wasn’t nice about me asking for no tomatoes. When I pulled up to the window, I explained that I was so sorry that I had to repeat myself continuously, merely asking for no tomatoes on my taco. This has happened to me, at least on the last three occasions. I asked for crunchy tacos. Supreme with no tomatoes as I did this time and got home only to find that there were extra tomatoes on them. So, I wanted to be certain that it was correct this time . Anyways I get to the window, and there are three people standing there. I mentioned that they should be careful to shut their headset off once they take the order because I heard someone talking bad about my order with no tomatoes. Two of them abruptly stood back from the window. A nasty older woman, Lisa, came up closer, so I asked her to please check to ensure their were no tomatoes. Well, that apparently hurt her feelings because she became ultra nasty. From now on, if I want tacos, I will be going elsewhere. This taco bell and their staff sucks.
