I can’t give a zero star but I literally sat in a drive-thru for 25 minutes waiting for somebody to even come over the intercom to take my order they closed up a half an hour early and wouldn’t even show up to the window I’ll never come here again and I hope other people don’t either

The food was ice cold, and the employees seemed disengaged and uninterested in being there. After taking just a few bites of the croissant sandwich, I became extremely sick. I was also not given a receipt, which raised concerns about being overcharged or mishandled payment.
Update: I got food poisoning from this place!!!!! I didn’t even get a receipt so I could call and let them know or tell them who gave me that contaminated food from the name on the receipt. This place needs to be closed or something!

Went through the drive through. Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and crispy chicken sandwich meal. Slow drive through service, hot fries were served but they were over cooked and more brown and hard instead of golden. The crispy chicken sandwich isn’t as good as it used to be when it first came out. It used to compete with Popeye’s chicken sandwich but not anymore.

This BK is good! They have indoor & outdoor seating. It’s pretty clean in the inside. The service was fast. I ordered the southwestern whopper Jr meal deal. All that good food for $6. Can’t beat it!

Very disappointed with this location. I came through the drive-thru around 8:45 PM, and the girl working at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful, with a very bad attitude.
On top of that, every time I order food from here, it’s never fresh. This has been a repeated issue, not a one-time experience.
Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. I won’t be coming back unless things change.

an African American kid (male) that works there in the afternoons always messes up my order. Today I ordered food off of Doordash in the middle of work and he messed up my food again. I had to drive there angry to get them to correct my order. He was arguing with the nice manager. He should be fired from his job. I am never going back there again until he gets fired.

I recently visited this location in Towson and they surprisingly had excellent service. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the two for $12 impossible burgers and also got a courtesy cup of water. The burgers were typical BK style but I really wanted to stop and recognize the employees who truly made this a pleasant experience. Thank you for the nice service.

1935 Joppa Road Parkville MD location – The food is horrible. The original chicken sandwich is garbage.
Hollow in the inside – over cooked, dry, disgusting. They NEVER, EVER, EVER get your order correct. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and get no bacon. I order a double whopper and only receive one burger patty. I ask for no ketchup and guess what – I get extra ketchup. No quality control. I heard there are several BK locations closing this year and I hope this location is one of them. It needs to be replaced with something/anything else. DO NOT GO HERE!! You will regret it.
