I ordered a Crispy Chicken Nugget Deluxe Combo (large soft drink, 5 piece chicken nuggets, soft taco, chalupa supreme, and seasoned fries) for $10.99 and a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch (substituted seasoned beef for steak and slow-roasted chicken) for $5.99. Total was $21.05 after tax. The gordita was perfect, great food, could have used more meat inside given the price. The soft taco, excellent, just like I remember when I was a kid. The chalupe shell was a little bit hard, but overall mediocre. The fries were good, lots of seasoning on it. The chicken nuggets were slightly burnt. While most of the sizeable ones were white on the inside, the thinner ones had a crazy yellow tinge. I didnt take a picture of the smaller one. Chicken tasted slightly burnt. Their Dr. Pepper was running low, so I got Pepsi instead, and that tasted fine.
I placed an order through the kiosk after having to log back in the app where they sent a verification code to both my email and my phone. The app log in is good for security, bad for convenience. After linking my kiosk with the app to get the points for the order, the kiosk was buggy and did not let me select no ice for the soft drink, but the counter just gave me an empty cup. Overall, I would say the technology integration is pretty horrible but perhaps better than it used to be when the app first came out.
The restaurant was clean, had staff, but not a lot of customers. I finished placing my order at 3:26 PM. Staff is friendly and helpful. The staff was talking to each other from across the resturaunt during shift rotation.
Given that Culver’s and Crackerbarrel are right next to this Taco Bell as well as a Del Taco across the street, I would recommend you go somewhere else given the price of the food and the quality.

I just experienced the WORST customer service of my life at the Kernersville location. I ordered four items, and when I got home I realized I was only given three of the items I ordered. I called and requested to speak to the manager. When I asked the manager her name, she replied, “I’m the manager” and refused to tell me her name. I explained that we were charged for an item that wasn’t in the bag. Her response was, “you weren’t charged for that”. I’m literally staring at the receipt. When she said that, I got angry because she was basically being called a liar. I was offended by her remark because I had the receipt in hand which stated otherwise. She disconnected the call when I stood up for myself. I called back, then she said she “didn’t have to do anything for us” because of my attitude. My husband heard the whole conversation and luckily I recorded it so she can’t lie. She then says she has two new employees and that they are human and make mistakes. She was not apologetic or accommodating and her behavior was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! I’m on the phone with corporate right now so I can report her. I don’t know how she managed to get her position but she doesn’t deserve to have any kind of authority.

Got taco bell and the Catina tacos were poorly made. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the taco shell. The just put some shredded cheese on the side on the shell and wrapped it up. EVERYTIME I go to Taco Bell the forget something and I constantly have to tell them what they should’ve put in my bag. This time I got it door dashed and history still repeats itself. I was gonna let it slide but it he’s tacos look a mess and poorly made overall. Tired of this. Do better.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I’m currently sitting in the parking lot writing this because I had a DoorDash order missing an entire 12-piece Cinnabon donut box — and no, that’s not a side item, that’s the whole reason I ordered in the first place. When you’re ordering food for kids, the expectation is simple: give me what I PAID for.
I called ahead and let them know I was on the way to pick up the missing items. On the call, I even said, “Hey, I’d hope for my trouble I’d get something extra.” I was told, “We threw some extra in the bag.” You know what that turned out to be? A sad little order of Cinnatwist that had clearly been sitting out — cold, probably from someone else’s messed-up order. That’s not going the extra mile — that’s just handing off leftovers and calling it a favor.
I get to the drive-thru and let them know I’m here for the missing 12-piece donuts, and they hit me with, “We’re on a timer, can you come inside?” Seriously? I ordered delivery so I wouldn’t have to leave my house. Now I’ve already had to drive up here because of your mistake, and you want me to park and come inside to fix it?
Eventually they told me to park, and they’d bring it out. While I’m sitting here waiting, I’m watching two employees out in the lot just wandering around, hanging out, clearly still on the clock — not working, just laughing, walking back and forth like they’ve got nothing better to do. The total lack of urgency or care is wild.
Let’s be real — this whole “timer” excuse is about manipulating drive-thru stats to make management think the store runs smoother than it actually does. But if you can’t even put the right items in a bag, how impressive are those numbers really?
What a joke. Do not door dash from here. They won’t make it right ether. Door dash wants pictures of products you didn’t even receive!

I’m going to Del Taco. Came through for a quick dinner with my wife and daughter. Lady at the drive thru was yelling and slamming the door. Thank god Kernersville has built new places to eat.

Went to this location to pick up an order. Asked associate to confirm that all the items were included and instead of a simple answer she gave a smart answer. I already waited 5 minutes for 2 items but she had an attitude.

I ordered inside for takeout for my family. When I arrived, another family came in before me. The employees were rude to the old man who had requested to be rung up at the register. That whole family decided to leave without ordering and went to Culver’s instead. I wish I had done the same. I used the kiosk even though I hate them, I ordered for 5 people. My food was subpar, seems they skimp on the beef pretty bad. My 5 layer burritos were almost flat. The worst part was that they were completely out of Dr Pepper AND Pepsi. No signage to let people know, they barely even speak to you, they are severely understaffed but the customer is the one who has to suffer because of that. And when I asked for a drink tray, the employee just pointed to them, so I had to be the one to get it. Horrible experience. With all the choices near this location, this will be my last visit to this location.

I’ve gone here multiple times. Each time I leave mad. This was the final straw. They don’t close until 1 am. I placed an online order at 10 20 pm through the mobile app. I go to the drive thru. Nobody answers me for 10 minutes. I drive up to the window. I see workers. Who completely turn away as I drive up. I had already paid for my meal. Had to cancel. Go to the other taco bell on south main. I’ve gone before. Had items missing. I had no cinnamon on my twist. They are horrible. Save yourself the time and money. Drive 2 miles down the road and avoid this disaster. I’ve complained online. In app. Called the store. Never been contacted back. Worse taco bell I’ve ever been too.
