Its so unfortunate that this place can’t seem to get it right. Most of the time it takes over 20 minutes to get your food. Sometimes its luke warm or cold. I’m not sure how Taco Bell considers this a fast food restaurant. Should be hot and fast. I try to not go here most of the time but I wanted to try the grilled cheese beefy taco. It was good and the cheese to dip it in was good but the nacho cheese cup wasn’t even full so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy it.

The nuggets were very yummy. They were seasoned well with that great original recipe flavor. I just wished I’d had more but it was a reasonable amount. When I’ve had larger pieces elsewhere, they seemed to have lost the flavor. These were good to the last crumb!

The Hillsborough location, when I order KFC, ALWAYS gets my order WRONG! Yesterday I was given the incorrect chicken piece(s) for the coupon I presented at the initiation of my INSIDE to go order. Management, please teach your employees how to identify parts of a chicken! A THIGH IS NOT A BREAST! Also, the biscuit was completely artificial tasting. The cole slaw was decent. The best part of my meal was my fountain cup of root beer.

Was excited to try the new shredded beef grilled cheese taco. It was a disappointment. The food and sauces were hot but just not that good. Maybe I built it up too much in my mind because I had read an article about it. I guess that’s fast food.

Worst ever taco bell I visited. I ordered way ahead through their mobile app and was anticipating my order to be ready by the time I went there. First, they didn’t even understand that we had our large order placed already and then they handed us someone else’s food from KFC as that is colocated in this place. Then when I showed my order again on my mobile, they said “oh, it just came in, it will be a few minutes”. The food taste was also gross compared to the regular Taco bell. Service was just horrible, there was no realization that they made a mistake and they made us wait for 30 minutes to deliver our food. On top of that, the craving box didn’t come in a separate box and they mixed everything so it was hard to tell from the four craving boxes items, which was which. Taco Bell should close this down and revamp the staff and place that reflects their values while serving the customers. This is a serious matter as I am quite sure even they wouldn’t pass the food inspection.

Taco Bell hasn’t been the same for quite some time. Although the food was right when i got it, the person that handed my food to me acted like he hated his job, and the woman behind the counter (Maria) wouldn’t stop talking about her problems with my company (on lunch with company attire) to actual take the order I wanted. I think the CEOs at TB need to rethink their hiring practices

Im not even joking when I say this is the absolute worst place of business you could ever go. EVERY single one of the employees is ALWAYS under the influence of something. My order has never once been correct or even decent. I am not one to put a review but this place should not be running. Disgusting.
