Whoever was working at 11:30pm-12pm November 10th needs to be talked to, had a mobile order, came to the window to pick it up; stopped before I got home and thank god I did, missing 4 items plus some of the items I already had were wrong (including missing sauce I paid extra for!) Came back and kindly asked for our items back; didn’t bother to give me my recipet the first time, as we were waiting listened to them hooting and hollering about having to do their job! Absolutely disappointed after moving down here finding out that this taco bell hires such workers! Quality of the food also terrible, asked for my burritos grilled, couldn’t even be bothered to put it on the grill! Disappointed

I love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly, laughing, keeping the atmosphere light and fun. The only problem I have with Taco Bell company is that they never put enough taco meat. They put a lot of refried beans and a tiny scoop of meat. They stingy with the taco meat!

I vist today and it was a drive thur my order was $31 and I made sure to tell cashier that was taking my order no tomatoes because I was allergic to tomatoes my food was coved in tomatoes.. My wife and I went to this Taco Bell. Everything else looked like it had enough toppings on it. This one here tho idk why they were thinking. It was being stingy on toppings and wife wouldn’t let me take it back and make them redo it. I know stuff is more expensive but there weren’t enough toppings on there for a toddler.

Pulled up to the speaker at 7:37 pm. Placed my order. Three cars ahead of me. At 8:01 pm I finally made it to the window. A woman opens the window and asked what I ordered. I told her and she walked away. Comes back a few seconds later and asks me again what I ordered. I told her a second time. She tells me they are “about to make it”. You mean to tell me in 23 minutes, three DLTs and a chicken quesadilla weren’t done? Okay. A second woman comes to the window and asks me AGAIN what I ordered, then took my payment. A third woman comes to the window and asks if I ordered the Mexican pizza and something else. I started to say no when another employee yelled to her what my order was. By 8:11 pm, I was leaving the drive thru. There were at least 7 cars behind me at this point. I have no idea what the delay was but that was ridiculous!! I will say, all the women were very kind and pleasant, although not a single one apologized for the wait. To be honest, if it wasn’t a single lane, I would have left after 10 minutes of waiting.

Customer service was nice but the food was nothing compared to other locations I have been to. Seemed like portions were way less than usual even when I ordered extra on one of the entree meals.

Short staffed so had to wait really long. The drink machine was out of syrup on several types of soda including the sparkling water and tea!!! Lastly, they were out of mild and medium sauce. WTDeuce yo?!?! What saved them was that my food was made correctly and in exchange for my beverage I was able to get the orange cream soda slushy. Really really good! Proud of the employees there. They were really working under pressure.
